I received a new heat pump system through Reiner Group and the whole process was easy. Rich S. helped me through the process and get what I needed quickly. Everyone that came to install was polite and professional. I'd highly recommend Reiner for any service or installation.

Heating system maintenance check. Excellent service! Service provider was pleasant, asked questions if we are having any issues, took care of the maintenance, was friendly to my dog, and overall it was a very good experience. They also came earlier than scheduled so that I can attend my granddaughter’s holiday party! I highly recommend Reiner - always a pleasure to deal with them.

Experienced, smart, explain options so I understand and onboard with their best recommendation. All in all very professional and trustworthy.

December 2022: This whole process was a delight. They called and set up a time for the salesman, Pete Ten Kate, to come evaluate what needs replacing and began getting estimates. We moved into a previously foreclosed home that we learned early on was built largely by the previous owners friends, and rarely, if ever, consulted any sort of professional. The whole system was a mess and needed replaced.
Once the estimates for equipment were developed and approved, the office offered a bunch of different measurement and install times that work with our schedule.
Ivan came and measured everything for the install and was among the most professional tradesmen I’ve ever met. Very courteous, communicative and pleasant. He got precise measurements to update our whole in-house system and he took his time to do it right the first time.
Then came the install.
Zakary, Pete, Anthony, Pete P, and Nick came on a Monday morning at 8am. The team made short work of the demo (the whole system had to be taken apart and brought out in pieces, as our attic entry is an 18x24 opening in an 8ft ceiling). While they were there, they took every caution to protect the floor, walls and trim. They cleaned up after themselves and were done with day 1 at 4pm.
On Tuesday the team came with their electrician to wire in the new unit outdoors, and work on the breaker. Remember, the breakers were installed by a “friend” of the previous owner, and 1/4 of the panel was labeled. The electrician labeled it all for us while he was in there. Super stand up guy.
They finished, cleaned everything up and we’re done by 3:30 on day 2.
I trusted them and was very comfortable with the way they handled themselves. They were appropriate and kind, making effort to do the best job possible.
The previous system (again, installed by “I know a guy”) was a disaster, and getting to it was difficult and they never complained. I should mention that they did this whole install in the middle of December while the outside temperature was between 21° and 24°.
The new system is exactly what our home needs, and they walked us through operating it effectively and efficiently.

10/10 recommend.

P.S. I should likewise mention that they installed our heating system in 2017, and it’s been smooth and heats our home perfectly. (I was less involved in this install which is why I have yet to review that one!)

The technician was amazing! Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything that he was going to do. I would recommend him highly. Nice guy.

We had our old AC/Heater replaced recently by the Reiner Group. After shopping around we found Reiner’s pricing to be very competitive and working with Rich from sales was a breeze. His experience and expertise was an enormous help to making the final decision. Once we gave Reiner the green light, the staff there all kicked into gear. We met Ivan next who stopped by to do some custom measurement’s that were needed for our custom install. This past Monday the Reiner Crew Mario, Marvin, and Francisco arrived at our home promptly and were enthusiastic about the task at hand. They worked professionally and were meticulous at every step of the install. The job was finished ahead of schedule and there were Zero shortcuts taken. Additionally, every question was answered and explained in detail. The Reiner Group should be proud to have ALL these folks represent their organization. We are a new customer and have already recommended Reiner to our friends.

I am very disappointed in Reiner. I nolonger believe they provide consistently competent and honest service. I have had a maintenance contract with Reiner for several years. During my recent annual furnace service the technician thought I would probably need a new furnace as well as a new air conditioner unit but his supervisor would have to come and check it out. $99 later a very competent technician confirmed (after sending his boss pictures of my furnace) that we needed a new furnace but not a new air conditioner. A salesman came to give us an estimate. It was significantly higher than PS&G's estimate. I called the salesman and asked about the labor and parts discount noted in my ($447.83) maintenance contract. After a long pause he responded....you are getting a $500 rebate from Trane. I responded that this is from the manufacturer not Reiner. He then added that he built the Reiner discounts into the price he gave us. This was not indicated on the written estimate. Seemed like he had to say something.

Martin B did a great job and explained to me all the items that he serviced and sent email work order. Great worker

Great experience with the Reiner Group. They were neat and professional, and even helped find one of our cats when she got scared and hid during the installation :) Would recommend to anyone!
