We had to replace four AC units in a complicated attic configuration. Reiner did the job seamlessly. The guys were professional, wore shoe covers and completed the job quickly. Solid company. They came back again when my radiant heat went awry.

This was for the conversion of my furnace from oil to gas and the installation of a heat pump. Reiner was clear in their estimate and about the things that needed to happen before they could start. The work began on time and finished within the time period they estimated. The crew was polite and responsive, and so far the appliances are operating as advertised.

I'm a second generation Reiner customer. My father used Reiner for his Lennox system and now I have for both my furnaces/ACs.

I appreciate the team that installed the HVAC system in my home, however I am concerned as I realized that the Fresh Air vent was not vented to the outside. I checked in with a few people who know more about this and they agreed that it was indeed a short-cut that should have been part of the overall setup. This wasn't even an option to approve or decline when we signed the quote for $22,560. They want to charge extra for this and not budging on price. I was told that if I already had a fresh air intake on the former unit they would have included it. However, the former unit in my home (we moved in 3 years ago) was a very inexpensive Goodman unit, and should not have been used as the standard to follow. As a matter of principle, I strongly believe that this should have been discussed and installed by their team. I have three young children and I'd love to make sure I am optimizing the air quality in my home and also not compromise the quality of my new furnace in the long run.

The office was efficient in scheduling our job and the workers were on time both days, knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up when they were finished and were very respectful. Reiner is a great company. Roy, our salesman, is outstanding and so pleasant to work with. The installation team did a good job and the office staff is helpful and responsive to my phone calls and questions. I would highly recommend Reiner for repairs and installation of new A/C and heating. Reiner has installed our air conditioning units and heating and we are very happy with them.

The team from Reiner were very proffesional. They got work on the project without any disruption to the household. They cleaned up after they were done and walked me through everthing once they completed. I would recommend Reiner to anybody needing AC work.
