Boris came to my house was was very pleasant and easy to talk with. He took care of my A/C unit inside and out. Everyone from Reiner has always been professional.

Many thanks to Boris and his co-worker for an excellent air conditioning maintenance visit yesterday. He gave me a clear explanation of the system’s condition and was careful and professional in the work he did at my home.

I first contacted Reiner to fix a leak in our furnace. One of Reiner's competitors had previously quoted me $900 to replace a gasket. The Reiner repairman fixed the problem by tightening some bolts for the cost of a service call (approximately $200).

I subsequently accepted a proposal from Reiner to replace our antiquated air conditioning system. The Reiner sales representative Rich Sellitto came to our house and made a recommendation after a sight visit. I was impressed with Mr. Sellitto's courtesy, thoroughness and professionalism.

The Reiner crew did an excellent job installing the new ac. And when we noted after the installation that there were some gaps between the base of the new compressor and the patio on which the compressor was installed, they readily agreed to come back and close up the gaps to match the patio.

All in all, we are very pleased with the work.

Christian arrived on time, was professional throughout and kept me informed at every step of the way.
