Chris showed up on time and was very professional. He finished the maintenance within a reasonable amount of time. He also helped me find the correct filter to purchase. We have been using Reiner for years and will continue!

We had our annual A/C inspection and were very pleased with the service. Martin B proved to be an excellent technician. He arrived on time, was extremely neat and well prepared to do the inspection congenial and appears to have a good future.

We had a failed, commercial hot water heater that services senior citizens in our boarding house. Ken arrived on the first day and evaluated the situation with expertise. He was polite and very professional. We felt confident that we had the right man for the job. He helped me pump water from the basement before the weekend started. The unit was ordered and the commercial team, Nick, Ken, Camillo and Jose arrived early Monday morning. Once again, they were all very professional and polite to our staff and residents. The failed system was removed and the new system was in place in record time. The residents had hot water immediately after the install. Thank you team !

From the first visit with Paul, we knew we picked the right company to replace our HVAC system. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and adept at explaining the pro's and cons of the various options. He also helped us with financing options. The second visit was with Paul and Camillo to take measurements. They arrived early and were very efficient.

The first day of the installation Pete arrived early and began setting up until Thomas arrived and they got right to work. They were courteous, respectful of us and our property and answered any of our questions. They cleaned up before leaving and we were very impressed with their work ethic.

The second day of the installation Pete arrived early again and we met Chris and Nick to finish up the job. Camillo also returned to inspect the finished product.

We are very happy with the service Reiner group provided us. They are professional, respectful, clean and friendly. we would be remiss if we didn't mention Linda in the office who was a pleasure to work with.

The team came to replace a previous system from 20 years ago. They were very professional, placed tarps along the inside of the house, were eager to get my opinion on various installation questions and were flexible when we had a few last minute changes. The install is done in a very workmanlike manor and all is working well on this dual zone, split-duct system.

Note - The condenser is on a stand to accommodate snow as the unit will also supply heat in the winter (and is an inspection requirement.)

They were also very prompt and arrived at the site 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled install.

These guys are great. Very clean neat and respectful of your home. They work very well together and everyone has a role to help with the project. I really like the whole process from a no pressure sales meeting to a site inspection by a tech prior to the start date to insure all materials are accounted for right up to the prompt installers arriving. I would recommend Reiner to anyone doing hvac in their home especially if you are a neat freak like me.

We have been using Reiner to service our central AC for many years and have been very happy! Mike C. has come to our home to do the AC servicing for the past 2 years and is extremely professional and friendly! Mike explains everything he does in a very understandable way! We plan to ask for Mike all the time going forward!

After 18 years my central air conditioner called it quits. Have been using Reiner as my yearly service. Called to have it replaced. They were very responsive to help out. The entire team was fantastic and professional.

We were told by a competing HVAC company that our furnace had outlived its useful life and needed to be replaced, to the tune of around 10K. Reiner came in, inspected the unit, said all it required was a good cleaning and a little maintenance. The follow up appointment to carry out the work was with Boris, who was great. Professional but friendly, informative but efficient in getting the maintenance completed in exactly the time estimated, and happy to weigh in and provide his expertise/perspective on a separate heating issue related to some ducts in our home. We're now on a service plan with Reiner and very happy we didn't have to replace our furnace.
