My experience with Reiner Group was one of the most positive service experiences I have ever encountered as a homeowner. Learning that my entire heating system needed to be replaced was a scary prospect but from the first phone call the office staff was comforting and my first meeting with Pete T, made me feel at ease. Pete's professionalism and attention to every detail especially the financing challenges I knew I would be facing was tremendous and so much better than other company's I had investigated. Pete treated me with respect and care and followed through answering questions via phone and emails through the whole process. When the team arrived to put in my new system Chris C. and Justin R. continued the impeccable professionalism. Their patience and knowledge was so impressive. They worked so hard for hours in my tiny basement and were continuously pleasant and helpful. When the rest of the team of Ivan S. and Thomas C. joined in the excellent work and professionalism continued. After over 8 hours of work Chris C. explained the entire system to me with a smile and answered every question with the expertise he has accumulated during his work in the industry. Justin also patiently explained the thermostat and a radiator pipe issue to me with patience and professionalism. When the team left every question I had was answered and every piece of my home where they had worked was clear and clean. I can't say enough about this team and would recommend them to everyone.

Mike C. came to do our winter check up yesterday. He's been to our home before and as in the past, his work and attention to detail is exceptional. He performed the check up of our system, provided me with clear information on it and took great care to be super neat and clean. We were very excited leased with the work performed on the furnace installation. The installation went very smoothly. The install team was very professional and cleaned up the work site

I wanted to take a moment to give a big thanks to Rich Sellitto and the entire Install team at Reiner. We had been having nothing but boiler problems with a system someone eles had put in and it was a disaster. Rich came out and sold us a boiler that would be easier to work on and save us a lot of headaches in the long run. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the entire process. Once everything was signed, they were able to basically come out and get it installed in a single day. We can not thank them enough. It had been over a month of heating problems and now no issues at all. I would definitely recommend Rich and the entire Install team to anyone who is having issues.

Very satisfied with the service call. The representatives were thorough with their explanations on what was wrong with our water heater. They described in detail what would be needed and an estimated timeline of when follow up service would be received.

We had CR Wolfe, a Reiner Group, Inc. company, upgrade our furnace and AC equipment.

We requested a quotation and within a day or two, Dave Henion, their sales representative, was scheduled to meet with us on a Friday afternoon. He looked around, took a number of photos of the installation site and sent 4 different proposals via E-Mail that evening. We had questions about the proposals and Dave graciously responded to questions that we had E-Mailed on Saturday. We were able to reach agreement on one of the proposals later in the day on Saturday.

We were fortunate to have the installation done only a few days after we accepted their proposal. The installer team arrived at the expected time and completed the installation in a timely manner.

The installation has a professional look and the installers took a lot of time to make sure the work was done right.

We had the installation done at a time when we were able to experience both the heating and cooling and so far, we are pleased with both.

The furnace upgrade included a variable speed fan. Because the fan ramps up slowly, we don't hear the fan motor "windup" noise that we had with our older, fixed speeds fan motor. There is generally less rumbling from the upgraded system.

Our old AC unit was low on refrigerant due to a leak and was barely cold. The new unit, one of the higher end Signature Series, besides being less noisy both inside and outside, is providing the cooling performance we expected.

Overall, we are happy with the equipment as well as the installation performed by CR Wolfe and would recommend them to others.
