Reiner is the best. Rich, thank you for your guidance on helping me get the new 3 zone AC installed. The installation crew were extremely polite, courteous and sensitive to the expensive equipment; careful not to damage anything and cleaned up daily. They were very kind to Bentley our Great Dane which speaks volumes of the crew. I can’t say enough good things. This is the 3rd installation I’ve had from Reiner and they never disappoint. I would never consider using another AC company. If you want it done right call Reiner. Thank you Reiner Group!

Thanks to the Reiner team, my husband and I are currently sitting in our cool house on a very hot, humid day! The installation of mini splits was completed today and we are very pleased. Everyone we dealt with at Reiner including Glenn, Linda, Ivan, Pete, Drew, Tom and Conner made the process very pleasant. They were all very friendly and competent in their particular roles. We thank you all for a job well done! Yay, we have A/C!!!!

Martin B. serviced our AC units and had them back up and running within the hour. He was extremely professional in diagnosing the problem and explaining the work required to fix the issue. The workers showed up on time. Ivan, Joe T, Connor M, Mark E, Mike M were extremely polite, professional and very hard working. They explained what they were going to do and worked together as a team. All were polite when I asked them questions. Prior to leaving they made sure the basement was clean. Roy H called to check on the work. He had worked with us several years ago when our upstairs system had to be repaired. I highly recommend all of them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Recently purchased/installed a couple mini split A/C units for my 1946 Cape. The whole process went smooth and I felt valued throughout. The Reiner team was punctual for every scheduled appointment (Sales, Planning, Execution) and everything that happened was exactly how it was explained to me. My house is now freezing cold even on the hottest of days.

Everyone I dealt with from Reiner was very professional and polite. Pete, the sales rep, was very informative, responsive and easy to deal with. The installation crew was great - they were all very efficient, polite and neat.
