Rich Sellitto and all the Reiner employees revealed great competence and expertise in all the work they accomplished for us. They also show that they care about helping the customers. I would recommend Rich and his expert staff to all my family and friends. Everyone that I spoke with on the phone was also very capable and helpful. I am also glad that we have a Maintenance contract with Reiner. They have been terrific in that regard. My husband and I am grateful. We also totally appreciated Boris who was competent, knowledgeable, kind and caring toward his customers. Boris,too, is a Reiner asset.

Came on time. 4 technicians worked as a team and they finished the job very efficiently. Very professional and personable.

Had to call Reiner for repair. They were very responsive. Boris came and found that a transit was blown and replaced it. He the motor was also seized. He was able to free it but said that he was concerned about its long-term viability, and that it should be replaced. This level of concern definitely impressed me.

Martine was very professional. He spent a lot of time diagnosing my AC system. Explained everything. Very happy with his service.
