I had a Ductless Minisplit (Mitsubishi, heating and cooling) service installation with Reiner at my home. The setup was 3 condensers out back with 10 units inside both floors of my house + the basement. I have a friend who does HVAC in another state and he's raved about these units for years to me so I was excited to finally get them. They're lighter on electricity than normal window AC units and will bring the value of our house up too.

After calling Reiner for a consultation, Rich S. came out to do the work on the same day and get me a quote. Next step was getting a property survey (because I didn't have one and it was needed to get the permits for work to begin). After that, once the equipment came in, installation took 5 days, starting on a Monday (which was earlier than the expected 7-10 business days due to the amount of work). Had a great team of guys (Mike L., Jose Y., Rich D., Carl S., Connor S., and Rich S.) who were consistently on time, professional, cleanly, and receptive to questions about the process as well as courteous when entering rooms.

The units are great. Controls are easy to understand. They really cool a room very quickly and extremely quietly which is one of the main reasons we got it, as we do content work that involves sensitive microphones. Now instead our mics picking up loud window AC noise that we've dealt with for 5 years, the minisplits allow that to not be an issue by sufficiently cooling a room quietly. Looking forward to the colder weather so we can utilize the heating on it and also not having to worry about our old boiler system that's always given us problems.

Christian performed a full annual service on my steam boiler. He checked all components of the boiler and flushed the tank. He took the time to assure everything was operating properly and explained some maintenance I should do myself to extend the life of the boiler.
I am completely satisfied with the work Christian did and feel he is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
