I am very impressed with the professionalism and work of these gentlemen. They were all very courteous, trustworthy, and very down to earth. They were focused on their job and not messing around. The work was done in a timely manner and the end result is great. When they were done, they left my house cleaner that what it was. My wife is one to hover over workers because she doesn’t trust them, but didn’t with these guys. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Mario and his team were GREAT! They were on time all 3 days they were supposed to be at my home, they were extremely professional, they installed everything beautifully and with great care inside our home. They also took great care installing all the cables and wires outside: Going from the indoor units to the outdoor units so that it looked nice when they were done.

I would recommend this team, because they worked very well together. They have obviously been doing this for some time. The finished product was exactly what we wanted.

REINER has been servicing our furnace & AC for a long time. It is easy to get an appointment and their maintenance staff is excellent, that is why we rate them as a 5 Star. A supervisor came with 2 new technicians (Donato & Chris) and they did a nice job getting our equipment ready for the summer. The employees are knowledgeable and very polite and they always ‘clean up’ before leaving.

I am also in the service business so I can truly appreciate stellar customer service. I'm not sure that stellar is a good enough word for the service that I received. The office staff was friendly and accommodating, the sales associate (Rich Selitto) was extremely attentive and friendly, the technicians were prompt and cleanly and the supervisor was excellent. This company is one of the best companies that I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them! Thank you for the great job that you did on my home AC replacement. My wife and I are 100% satisfied.

Over the years we have had 4 furnace/air handlers installed by Reiner, two of which were, after 16 years replaced/upgraded also by Reiner. Not the cheapest and limited hours for routine visits ( no nights or weekends which is hard cause we both work) but always professional reliable and they stand behind their work. At the end of the day cheaper to invest up front for quality than to deal with a mess later on.

Service man showed up on time. Was courteous and professional. Found the problem quick and knew just what to do. Had parts on truck. Made repairs quickly and tested. Explained what was as the problem and what repairs were made. Cleaned up work area nicely. Will definitely call them again next time.

Mike C was amazing, very professional, and very kind. He explained in detail everything he was doing. We were delighted to have him perform annual maintenance on our air conditioning. Hope to see him again!

Rich was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I called to request an estimate at about 9:30 a. m. and he arrived at 10:15 a.m ! Highly recommended.
