My experience with Reiner has been perfect. I chose them to design and install my system and it runs perfectly. Today Noel and Malik performed the seasonal maintenance and they were total professionals. They were prompt, friendly, patient, and considerate of my home, and were unbelievably thorough. They clearly went the extra mile to make sure my system was completely checked and took the time to answer all my questions. I thank them so much!!!

Showed up on time. Didn't try to exert sales pressure. Presented options professionally and knowledgeable about different model A/C units. Followed up on emailed questions promptly. Linda (office staff) followed up with me the same day to schedule appointments for install team.

The Reiner technician was excellent. He showed up on time. Was courteous and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under an hour. Now I have cool air again. Thanks.

I had Reiner do a full HVAC install with heat in an old house with no existing air conditioning. You get what you pay for with them. All the guys were great and professional. I have plaster ceilings and thought it would be a mess putting duct work in and they left the rooms cleaner than when they came. We have a newborn so it was important to us initially, until it became an afterthought. There were drop clothes placed throughout the whole house, etc. The duct work was placed to maximize useful space in the attic. Everything made sense on the install. I would definitely use them again. The field supervisor Chris M. was great throughout the whole process. Came to the house a few times to discuss everything and was the first quote I got back after getting multiple. He setup the whole install and made sure everything got done as promised/discussed.

Not sure I understand all the 5 star reviews. Maybe they do a great job installing new HVAC systems… however, when it comes to diagnosing and troubleshooting an “old” system, they get 1 star from me. I called to schedule an appt because my AC condenser won’t turn on. The tech arrived on very rainy day and was hesitate to diagnose the AC condenser. After opening the AC disconnect, he noted less than 240V or low voltage. And that was it. Told me I needed to pay an electrician to troubleshoot. Didn’t even check the air handler or the rest of the AC condenser components. I called to speak with a manager yesterday and was blown off. Additionally, I reached out on their online contact form but no response. Very frustrating to pay $200 for nothing. Even more frustrating the company blows you off. Just terrible - will not recommend to anyone. Tried to give them a chance before writing this review but they don’t care.

Reiner did our oil to gas boiler conversion. They were super professional, clean and responsive. From the estimate to the installation They were great to work with and never felt pressured or rushed. The work done was super clean and organized and they clearly took pride in the job they were doing. Would definitely use them again.

Christian was personable, nice, professional and got the job done! Now we need a followup visit to finish the rest of the job.

The last serviceman needed to let Christian know what he needed for this house so he could come prepared with another person. That's not Christian's fault at all. He was great!

We use Reiner in the spring for our air & in the fall for our heat. They replace filters & check/clean the systems. They do a great job & we can rest easy all year knowing that everything is AOK.
Martin was our technician yesterday (5-4), he was on time, professional, friendly & courteous. Martin is top notch & we were very happy & satisfied.
