We are INCREDIBLY happy with the service from this company. We are new homeowners, and are just starting out. Two months into living at our come, on the COLDEST day of the year, our heat broke. All others companies we reached out to wanted to charge us an incredible amount of money immediately (obviously trying to take advantage of our situation). Not Kagel's though. They were kind, responded immediately to our request, and took care of us every step of the way. They did a beautiful job with the heat, and unlike most companies, worked neatly and efficiently. They worked with our financial situation as well, and take care of everything for you. We are so grateful and blessed!! You can really TRUST these guys, they are not just about the money. They are there to help!

Kagel's have always been great to work with and they went seriously above and beyond for us recently. Upon troubleshooting why our A/C compressor kept cutting off, Joe Kagel came back several times and after verifying everything was working in our system traced it to a fuse in our electrical box that had melted! They averted what could have been a very dangerous situation for our family and we're great through the whole process.

Steve and Nick from Kagel were polite and did a great job servicing my a.c. and heating systems. They put on shoe covers every time they came in the house. I've always been satisfied with Kagel's service.

Tyler was personable and professional. It was a minor issue with my AC but his knowledge, demeanor and friendly attitude definitely will result in referrals to neighbors friends and family in need of service.

We had an emergency situation without any heat in freezing cold temperatures. I called multiple technicians but Kagel was the only HVAC company that could come quickly. The technician; Joe was professional and courteous and fixed our condensate pump and explained everything. We recently purchased our home and the sellers left the pump in bad shape and cut corners and Joe fixed it right away. We will use Kagel in the future for our HVAC system for sure.

Steve came and promptly introduced himself and got right to work! I bombarded him with questions and he answered each and every one, making time to show me components and explain.
He did a thorough job, all with a smile, and was kind and polite.

I was very satisfied with the service call and repairs to the heating system that your service technician Joe Lupinacci performed. He was polite and knowledgable as to our heating system. He correctly determined the problem and when he returned with the necessary parts, he was able to properly fix our heater. A job well done.

Kagel’s is a great company! They text you a photo of the technician that will be arriving at your house, they cover their shoes with fabric booties so they don’t track anything into your home, and they are on-time and efficient. Highly recommend!
