They are the most dependable, knowledgeable, and nicest heating/AC I’ve ever used. As a woman it’s hard to find a reliable, and trustworthy business that doesn’t take advantage. I was so lucky to come across the Kagel name. They take really good care of my system, and are quick to respond when there is an emergency. I recommended them to friends, and they made me proud. Owner Joe Kagel is the best!!!!

I’ve worked for a heating and cooling company for over 20 years before changing professions. I can tell you that Joe and David were the best techs that I’ve come across. Professional, knowledgeable and communication well just to name a few of his qualities. Installation was done in less than a day and just before the weather hit 90.

I had an HVAC system installed and I am very pleased with the process. Joe came a few days ago to give me an estimate and then to measure. Today Marc showed up for the installation with Luke. They were both hard working, friendly and professional. They both wore masks and protected my floors and carpeting during the process. I highly recommend Kagel’s for anyone’s HVAC needs.

I love Kagel HVAC! They installes a new system for me last Spring and this recent visit was one of two maintenance visits I subscribe to annually. Tyler worked so quietly and is very pleasant and kind. The Kagel team is always professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!

Steve was absolutely fantastic! We received great feedback from Facebook and we called right away to have our heating unit checked. The following day, someone called me back to schedule a technician to come to our home. Steve was our technician and he explained everything. He was honest and was very courteous. He even delivered red carpet service by putting on booties to prevent dirt from soiling our white carpets. We signed up with the yearly membership because we were so satisfied with the service. The membership included a clean up for both of our units. Steve was our technician who completed the cleaning and maintenance. We were happy to see him again. Overall, he provided outstanding service! Kudos to the whole team as well for fixing our heating unit especially during the past cold wintery nights. We can’t thank you enough!

Couldn’t say better things about a company! Fast response time and quality workmanship. We need a new heater and central air system. They were able to do the install within day (a blessing in this heat) and were even able to assist with financing. Wonderful customer service, thorough walkthrough of the new system, and very helpful overall throughout the process.
