We've been using Kagel's for our HVAC needs for the past few years. They are outstanding! They are very responsive to questions and easy to get a hold of for maintenance etc. It's been over 2 years since I first called Joe. I'm still very happy that I did. I would not hesitate to use them for work in future houses, and I would personally recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company. As I said, 2 years in and I'm still very satisfied. This is a company worth choosing!

From beginning to end, total professionals! They didn't just swap out my furnace either. They brought it up to code and installed it properly. And when done, cleaned everything up like they were never there! When it was time for my free 1 year inspection, they called me to schedule it. Very highly recommend Kagels.

During the polar vortex and multiple horrific customer service and repair fails with Fantes Heating and AC I had no heat. During a final “repair” attempt I threw the “technician” from Fantes out and called Kagel after reading their reviews on google. A rep was out in less than 20 minutes and evaluated what needed to be done. He then had someone else come while he was in my house and brought several space heaters to warm up the house and ensured pipes wouldn’t burst. In the following day the system was replaced. Not only was the team that came out professional, they kept everything clean, and by the afternoon the heat was running. This is the company I wish I had worked with for my home since day one. I now have a furnace that is efficient and appropriately sized for the house. Their pricing was also appropriate which surprised me. After experiencing the worst with Fantes I know exactly everything that should never have happened and Kagel is polar opposite that experience. They are highly recommended.
In February 2020 Kagel’s can out to do the one year maintenance. The appointment was rescheduled due to an issue and the owner called me prior to the date to apologize and reschedule. They arrived as stated in fact they gave me a window of arrival of 1/2 an hour versus the 4 hour window other companies give. Kagel’s arrived promptly, and as always they are clean and professional. 👏🏼👏🏼
