My air conditioner was leaking and not working during this week heat wave. Jay at Kagel stayed on top of the manufacturer to be certain repair parts were sent out as quickly as possible. The day the parts arrived ,they were installed. Lucas was beyond pleasant and efficient. Thanks also to Joe who did the diagnostic.

Joe, the owner, is a straight shooter who will let you know all your options and what the price will be upfront with no hidden fees. We had a new american standard heater and air conditioner installed and could not be happier. Marc and his assistant completed the installation in one full day (8:30 - 6:00pm). They were completely professional, answered all our questions and meticulously cleaned up when they finished. Kagel's is a first class operation you can trust. Look no further!

We called when our heat stopped work, knowing it was time to replace our whole heating and ac units. The had a couple proposals to me within an hour. Came out later that day to take measurement. The next morning they showed up first thing in the morning and the job was done by the end of the business day. They were very clean, friendly, and answered every question we had. They wore their face masks the whole time, wore foot protection while walking through our house. I truly had wonderful experience dealing with this company. I highly recommend them.

Kagel’s installed a new AC and heating unit in my house. They were extremely nice and thoroughly explained the different units. They took the time to ensure I understood everything and addressed any questions/concerns. The actual work was done neatly and timely, they were very respectful of my house during the install. I’d highly recommend them in an instant!

Just AMAZING. I mean it! From the moment I called in a literal panic to the completion of the job. The representative on the phone listened and got a worker out within hours...The contractor that came out was extremely honest and told me the truth-not what I wished to hear(as we had been having people “bandaid”the issue for a couple of years). They were the ONLY company that got to the bottom of the issue. Someone else from the company called me back with options and prices and told me-we aren’t the cheapest but we aren’t the most expensive either. Their ethics and honesty had me drawn in...to the point that the price didn’t matter at this point...Because of Covid 19...we had to wait about a week to get the work started/finished YET there wasn’t a day that went by where someone from the company didn’t call to update and sincerely check in with us. Who does that?! Not many companies....Guys...I haven’t even gotten to the job yet! As promised, they came at their scheduled time...spent the entire day at our house...gave me updates and completed the job. We had heat, as promised, the same day...They ran into hiccups (thanks to our ancient house) where we had pre-existing issues that caused issues with what they were doing and would you believe this-they followed up and temporarily fixed those issues by coming back another day...This is AFTER they fixed our heating system. I’m just amazed and super grateful. I apologize if you are reading this review looking for all the technical words about our HVAC System and the process-I have no idea about this stuff...I just know they told us our boiler was beyond repairable, was a dangerous hazard, that we needed a new one. I know that we didn’t have heat and when they left we had heat. I know we got a brand new boiler. I know they are honest, ethical and truly care about their customers and the job they do. It’s clear and evident in their customer service and noticeable from the moment they knock on your door. I also know that I will be calling them back for any other HVAC needs!
