Steve was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and on time. Most importantly he did a super job servicing our HVAC system. Steve is definitely an asset to the company. We will not hesitate to have Steve or anyone from Kagel's return to our home for a system tune up or should a repair be necessary. On the whole, this is a really great, reliable and trustworthy company.

Joe and his team at Kagel's most always provides the best service. Friendly, punctual and willing to adjust to your schedule when an emergency arises. I've been a customer for at least 10 years, never had a complaint.

23 years ago, when we moved into our new house, we needed a new AC installed. A mutual friend recommended Kagel’s. Joe did a great job at a great price. I have used Kagels for a few small fixes over the years, and now that I wanted to upgrade my AC/Heater, I knew the best place to call. They explained all the options and costs without trying to push anything on us. Dave and his crew did a great job of breaking down old equipment and installing the new. Everything done properly and cleanly. By the time they were done, you wouldn’t even know that work had been done, everything clean as a whistle!! I’m not one who usually posts reviews, but for over 20 years I’ve been recommending Kagel’s to friends and family, and now gladly recommend for anyone searching the internet!! Thank you Kagel’s!!

Joe came to my home on short notice. Diagnosed the need for a new heating system due to age on the heat plant and a broken pressure regulator. Joe ordered the new heating system which arrived in two days then his team of installers came to my home and did a fast install. Also added a central AC unit to my home. Provided financing options. Cleaned up their work area, all very polite. Linda in the office also a key piece in the whole process and great to deal with. Will highly recommend Kagels Heating and Air to others. Very satisfied

I am very happy with my service, Joey and his partner were absolutely the best. I've never had heating in my home feel so...so comfortable. They even stayed late to play with my kitten Joaquin Marie. Great job guys. Definitely will use again.

Steve was very professional and personable! He called ahead of time to let me know when to expect him which was accurate and courteous.He then performed his tasks in a very efficient and productive manner. We even had a conversation about Ring doorbells since ours didn’t work and he was kind enough to show me how the application worked on his phone.

Kagle’s Heating / Air Conditioning came at the appointed time, took out our old heat/central air, installed new system, cleaned up every as if they were never there. They arrived approximately 8:30am and finished before 3pm explained everything we needed to know about system making sure we understood how the thermostat worked. The installers were courteous, professional. We fully recommend KAGLES heating and air conditioning...!!
