Joe did a very good job. He checked and cleaned both the heater and ac. He put covers on his shoes when he came into the house so as not to track dirt into the house. I have had Joe service the heater and ac for several years and he always does a good job.

Kagels Heating and Air Conditioning are magnificent. We could not has chosen a better company. Joe, the owner, is a man of his word and a stand up person. All of his crew were awesome to deal with. 5 start PLUS!

The repair man was very polite, and knowledgeable about my systems. He was very courteous to me and to my house, put booties on over his shoes, etc. He arrived at appointment time and set about his work, there was no fooling on his phone.

They did such a good job at both the water heater and the HVAC at my rental property that I had them replace the HVAC at my shop as well. They did a really nice and professional job at both places, I am extremely pleased.
