Always a pleasure be taken care of by Kagel’s! We had Tyler (who’s basically family) back for maintenance making sure everything was clean, and working properly. Always on time, communicates ETA, and very knowledgeable and professional. Never had a negative experience! Nice to always see familiar faces who know your HVAC systems!

They are great. They reminded me of my maint agreement so I would have no problems with my system. Love how they gave the name and picture who was coming to the house so you know uts the right person. I will continue to use them . They are the best. Thanks Kagel's. 😊

Our ancient AC broke in the middle of this awful heat wave. Everyone at Kagel's was so helpful and honest. We called in the evening and got an appointment for the next day. Tyler replaced the broken part and got the AC running in no time at all. We are so appreciative (and so are the dogs)!

The crew from Kagel's replaced our ancient gas furnace and added central air and a WiFi enabled thermostat. They were very professional and efficient. We used this company on a friend's recommendation and are so glad. Joe and his staff communicated clearly about the services and products they offered, costs and schedule. The installation went smoothly and explanations were provided throughout the day. Mark explained things in detail and answered all of our questions. Everyone was very courteous and respectful of our property. Joe called the next morning to confirm the job was completed to our satisfaction and promptly scheduled additional work for us.

I have been using Kagel’s for 20+ years. Dependable, courteous and always return your calls same day. My ac unit was having issues and it was best to replace it, it was done quickly and Jason Greax, did a great job and he was friendly and professional. I always recommend Kagel’s. Also thank you Joe.

Contacted Kagel’s via email regarding heating and ac checkup. They responded promptly and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Their technician Joe gave both our heater and ac a cleaning and checkup. Joe was professional and pleasant and answered any questions we had. I will use Kagels for any future heating or AC needs. I highly recommend their service.They are very professional. They have kept my old ac units running beyond my expectation. When it was time to replace them, they installed the new system in a very timely manner with a price point that can't be beaten. Joe Kagel made sure that my new ac units in the basement will never cause any flood with all the safety sensors they built. Their installation skills are excellent where the wires and piping are neatly kept. I did not even clean up after they left as they have cleaned up after themselves. Bery clean.
