Joe arrived on time, was exceptionally pleasant, and prepared with a face mask. He explained everything he was checking for and answered all of my questions. In the end he had to add Freon and told me what to watch out for should it stop working again. Kagel’s was responsive, coming out within a day of my request, was reasonable and on time. Highly recommended!

Had a heat pump replaced. The unit was 30+ years old and in a miserable location to work at due to tight spaces. Joe (the owner) was very prompt in getting someone out to us since we had no heat in our house. Dave and his helper Jason came out early and were wrapped up in around 4 hours. They were so professional and respectful if they weren't drilling I wouldn't have known they were there. Left the place as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. There was a slight mistake made on install and Dave came out first thing the next morning to fix the issue. Price was right in line with other quotes and with the professional install it would be worth more than that. Can't put a price on quality and experience! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I found Kagel’s on the web- I read other customer reviews & decided they were the company for us. I called & spoke with Linda - she originally said someone would be able to come out to our house the following day - when I explained our situation, she found a way to squeeze us into the same day schedule.
Within a few hours, Joe was at our door to help. With his knowledge & expertise, he made a diagnosis & within no time he replaced a part & we were back up & running. He was AMAZING!
I also believe that he an honest person, because I know he very easily could have said we needed a whole new A.C. unit..but he didn’t. For that alone, we are truly appreciative.

Joe has an awesome team of professionals. Dave and his team, on the job, were very professional, pleasant and listened to my questions. They cleaned everything so my basement looked back to its original condition. They explained the heater, water heater and thermostat. They wore plastic around their shoes so they wouldn’t get my carpets and floors dirty. The price was perfect, service was amazing. I can’t say enough about Kagel’s.

Kagels replaced our furnace, ac, and hot water heater. The installation was quick and was at a much higher quality standard than the previous units (different installers) were. The crew was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Kagels to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.

I have been using Kagel's Heating and AC for over 15 years, they are very knowledgeable and professional. They do great work, the technicians are very clean, after installing a new HVAC system in my house there was not a mark on the floors or walls, they even vacuumed up the space they were working in before they left.

Joe Kagel also donated his time and work for a non profit organization in Bordentown, NJ that I was in charge of. Joe donated a new heating system and installed it for us, the work helped to benefit a large number of children in the area that utilized this space during the winter months. Joe is a great person all around!!!

We used Kagel’s to replace our 24 year old, dead central air unit. From our first call to their office to the time they completed our install and left our house, everyone we dealt with was excellent.

Came out very quickly and reprogrammed my thermostat after I messed it up. Joe was very kind and respectful and fixed it and explained within minutes. I purchased my furnace from them a year ago and so happy I did. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend.

I can not thank Kagel's enough for all the great service we have received from them. From the initial install of new heat & a/c system to yearly service and some other pop up service needs. Always prompt, professional, and clean. Extremely clean, you'll never even know they were there after they leave. I highly recommend you try them out.. as most of my neighbors on my block have.
