Joe was quick, professional, and thorough. Explained the issue with the heating unit clearly and gave advice for maintaining the unit that was easy to understand. Very good experience with the company as a whole: quick response times, very communicative, and thorough.

Our central air stopped working as we were moving in to our new house, and Kagel's was extremely quick and responsive. They were able to look at our unit the day after we called, and loaned us two window units until they came a few days later to replace our central air. They also put in a new furnace for us. Very friendly, and very responsive. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my furnace on a Sunday late afternoon and I didn't know what Kagel's Sunday schedule was. As it turned out, I didn't need to be concerned...they called me back within the hour. The Kagel staff is so friendly and helpful. Luke arrived in a well-marked company vehicle. When he came to the door, he was so polite and clean-cut and he put covers on his shoes to protect my carpet as he stepped into the house. He was very professional and efficient and let me know exactly what work he had to do on the furnace before he did it. I couldn't be happier with Kagel's or their staff!

I have used Kagel's for years, in 2021 they put in a new system, A+, yesterday was just annual check up, technician arrived on time, was fast, polite, and efficient. I am a teacher so I give grades. He got an A+. Thanks Kagel's Heating and AC

Totally impressed with Kagel's. The service, expertise and thoughtful manner in which they do their job is amazing. We hired them for service at our old house and then called on them again for service at our new house. They just checked our units to get ready for the season. Totally impressed with all of the employees and with Mr. Kagel.

Joe came out to service my AC unit and got it running like new again. He was very professional, fresh shoe coverings and mask worn. He showed me what a good part of the problem was and what to do to maintain it. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend!
