I hired Proactive Comfort to install a home filtration system. The appointment scheduling was very easy. They sent me a reminder via email. The plumber arrived on time, super courteous, explained my options, generated an estimate, did the work in a timely manner, and even installed a little hook for me to hang my filter replacement wrench on. Very satisfied!

The Proactive technician arrived at our home in the morning for a routine yearly cleaning of our boiler. We found Bill to be very friendly, personable and with a good sense of humor. However, in the middle of the night the boiler had ironically shut off and we were without heat and hot water. He went right to work, checking our 16 year old Systems 2000 boiler to find the problem. We asked him for a "Christmas Miracle" which he delivered by getting the boiler started so we would have heat. However, this was followed by a bit of not so good news which he delivered with great finesse. We needed a new boiler. He explained our options and the situation was handled almost immediately. When he left, we had a date for installation and a contract in the making. Bill was not only personable, but also knowledgeable and forthcoming as to the problems with our old boiler. There was no question it needed to be replaced. We trust our new technician Bill and the whole Proactive Comfort family. It just doesn't get any better than this as the owners, technicians, and office staff are outstanding. We couldn't be more satisfied !!! Kevin and Jeanne Rooney

I tried to contact 5 different plumbing companies to help me solve my faucet/washing machine problem. Four never got back to me and 1 said he would get back to me and didn't. I then called Proactive Comfort, explained my problem and they scheduled an appointment. I was emailed and texted the day of the appointment and was given the name of the technician. (Gary). He called to tell me he was on his way and what time he would arrive.
Upon arrival I explained what I needed. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. He gave me the price up front, he did the work, and made sure everything was in working order before he left. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Proactive Comfort. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Your technician was on time and polite. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Removed the old toilet. and cleaned up everything when he was done. I have used them for several years. I absolutely loved them at first when the owner and one other employee installed our natural gas boiler. It seemed like a small organization that had goog client relationships.Since then we have had several. different technicians for maintenance and to do one repair. They have been fine but always ready to suggest some more expensive fixes.

He also took the time to show me the part that was replaced, why it needed to be replaced, and explained what its function was. He was here for almost 4 hours, and he was simply awesome. Replaced an Intelliflow system that failed....could not get any water to the washer. Proactivecomfort responded quickly and installed a manual valve. Great work and Eric was professional and courteous. Proactivecomfort has done lots of work in my home and I will NOT use anybody else.

Steve & Tony came out to replace our tub & shower. They did a great job job explaining everything as it was happening, had excellent customer service! They cleaned up the worksite and we're in general just fun to have around. Excellent personalities! They were also super knowledgeable. I look forward to working with this company again !
