The Proactive Comfort team, especially Emily C are incredibly responsive, which is great because it allows us to get services scheduled and done. The time slots the company offers are extremely convenient and we get reminders for service and we get texts and e mails when technicians are on their way. We also throughly enjoy the furnace and A/C service plan. We have found the technicians, like Luke W, to be extremely knowledgeable, especially since we are new home owners we had a ton of questions. Additionally their pricing was very competitive compared to other local offers. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Proactive Comfort!
Had my mini split unit replaced by them in Aug 2019, they were very professional through the entire process. Reasonably priced and warranty their product. Customer service was very good and install of new system went very smoothly. Everyone I worked with were very helpful and knowledgeable.
The sales team was very professional and fair. They were accurate with everything that would be needed from size of unit to electrical needs and explained in easy to understand language. Installers did a great job installing and cleaning up, respecting my home and floors. Mini split works perfectly.
Bill came at 2 pm to service our AC that was broken. He stayed until 6 o’clock to make sure the units were working and he had all the parts. Bill was very diligent, communicates very well with customers and is friendly. He seems to be very smart regarding his job and we were extremely pleased with his service. Ive never had a good, reliable AC/heat repair company and im happy weve finally found one. Top notch!

Friendly, trustworthy, efficient. Bill was very honest and forthcoming about the work that was needed, and the work that would have been unnecessary. I like the prepaid discount option because it provides me with a reminder for service. Proactive “proactively” reached out to me when it was time for service after I had prepaid the prior year - it just makes sense if you know you are going to require the service the following year.
Steve who came to inspect our situation was very genuine and professional. He was there for about 30 min including inspection with a quote. The quote did seem a bit high especially with my husband doing a lot of the work, so we may take the project on ourselves. we haven't compared to other companies, so I'm not sure where the pricing actually stands. Worth a shot if you're looking for work within a week or two and don't mind spending the money.
Eric was knowledgeable and completed the annual maintenance work in an efficient manner. He also helped me reconnect my Nest thermostat to my iPhone. Eric was polite and friendly. Thanks again to Proactive Comfort!
Proactive Comfort is the Best of the Best! I had GARY as the Plumber & Service Technician. He is so so so good. Gary is Honest, Very Professional, Courteous, Friendly, Pleasant to have him in your home. Very clean & he’ll always lay down drop cloths so he doesn’t damage your floors & walls...Gary is always Helpful in me making decisions & he’ll always give you his honest opinion (if you want it) but he guides you with all the years of service he has in as a plumber. Gary is # 1, # 1, # 1, in my book. I was only able to give Gary & Proactive Comfort a rating of 5 STARS BUT IN MY BOOK, GARY IS RATED WITH 20 STARS & HIGHER!!! Proactive Comfort is RATED 15 STARS. Because the girls in the office are very helpful, always trying to work around your schedule. They also always call you before hand, letting you know the Plumber & Service Technician is on there way. Proactive Comfort is the very best to have them in your home.

They were dependable, efficient and honest in dealing with all matters which included several service calls at various locations in the seacoast area. I particularly appreciated their communications policy, keeping me on top of each appointment with reminders, and on the day of each service, service updates as necessary. .
