From the great customer service call desk (especially Emily) to the friendly technician Bill, I am impressed with this company. I set up an appointment for service for my furnace and they were responsive with available dates right away. Due to other customers with sudden furnace outages, they asked me to reschedule and offered me a discount to do so. Bill was prompt and I received a text when he was on his way. He was very clean with the service and discussed his recommendations about my furnace. I'm impressed with the professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend them!
Erik was excellent and very thorough. He covered his shoes so not to track anything in the house. He explained what he was going to do and did everything including gave me a printout of the efficiency of the furnace. Would definitely refer them to anyone.
I had a failing water heater, I requested a quote through HomeAdviser from a couple of local companies. Proactive Comfort was the second one to call (as the first company arrived for a consult) they were able to come that afternoon to take a look. The first company said I needed a new tank, (same poorly made model), and a mixing valve to get up to code, but offered to not install the valve to keep the cost low. Proactive Comfort arrived a couple hours later and said I needed to replace the tank (they use a superior tank brand), a mixing valve, an expansion tank (to get the warranty for the tank) and a vacuum valve (I think it's called). After going to his car to prepare the quote, he came back and was honest about his pricing "we might not be the cheapest but we're not the most expensive either" he then proceeded to quote me a thousand dollars less than the previous company, for more work than the previous company even thought I needed. Due to his honesty about pricing and the obviously superb knowledge compared to the previous company I agreed to the work on the spot. The next day the guy showed up on time, and worked for a solid three hours, updating me whenever I went down to check on him.
I'm glad I found Proactive Comfort not just for this project, but also because I plan on using them in the future. They're knowledgeable, kind and honest in terms of what needs to be done.
Steve was great! He figured out the problem right away - we need a new faucet - and even offered me two options to install. Although neither was what I was looking for, as we are opting to purchase our own, he was very gracious and friendly and said to call him if we need help installing. And because no work was done, there was no charge for the appointment. Would highly recommend!
Terrific company!! I recently had my water heater replaced by Proactive comfort. Their prices were very competitive, they are very reachable and answered all my questions. Luke the install technician was extremely professional; explained the entire install process and finished the job right on time. I would definitely using them to service my AC and heating system.

These people were great from the time appointment was set till finished they stayed in touch Bill was great explained everything and went over what was going to be done and how much before he started. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again when needed. Great job Bill!
Great customer service and on time! He did a thorough assessment of the work I needed done, went over my options with me and emailed me the invoices so I could get to work and make my decision later on that day. Cant actually assess his work but he did a good job on the assessment.

His work was top quality and the explanation of the Hot Water Tank system to customer was the best we've ever encountered. This is a company who cares about their customers and provides high end service with highly qualified technicians and fair quotes.
