We had a faucet replaced and clearing of a clogged bathtub! Very professional and respectful to my property! Communicated problem every step of the way and made appropriate suggestions! Totally satisfied and will call again!

The service member, David J, showed up on time and resolved our issues during his visit. He was very professional presentation, professional conduct, and he explained everything during his visit.

Eric was able to come out next day - he arrived well within the time window and was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing in detail. I would highly recommend Proactive!

Eric did a great job. But I’m still have trouble with my faucet in the shower and I can’t afford to replace it right now. Couldn’t find a plastic handle.

I woke up to my house at 30° in the morning called several other companies in a panic. These guys were incredible from the moment that I called she was very receptive. Listen to all of my concerns and paid attention to the details and was more helpful than probably six other companies I had talked to. They were early with Kohls and he showed up early. He was a awesome dude and help me step-by-step set everything up, I would not trust my house with any other company at this point. They are absolutely incredible and I appreciate everything y’all did. Thank you.!!!! and I just want to add my appreciation for y’all appreciate that you guys work with military or veterans not a lot of companies do so I appreciate it. Thank you.

Jim replaced our cracked toilet. He is courteous and professional. I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

His goal was to sell me a water heater and not try to fix the problem. $3700 for all new that I didn’t need. Called another company. $140 block hose . I will never call them. 😡
