Every tech that ever came to my house from Pro active was courteous, polite and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician, Chris, was wonderful: he was prompt, courteous, worked with me to take the time to figure out the leakage we had that involved our kitchen sink and our tub and our washing machine.

He provided a quote and fixed it.

He was in and out of the building within two hours.

Just need to let the owner and management of ProActive Comfort how blessed they are to have Eric as an employee. He has been to our home multiple times doing various work for our heat system, adding a natural gas line to the outside for our grill and debugging an issue that had been perplexing to us with our less than 1 year central A/C system. He is an excellent technician who has a tenacious will to resolve the issue we were having. He saved the day for ProActive Comfort company. He worked out a game plan along with the owner and made sure to return to fix the issue the next day. He researched on line on his own time what our issue was and what the consensus was to fixing it.

Installed three split ac units in less than two days, great guys, great work!

Eric came today to replace 2 leaking valves...was on time..explained to me everything that he was going to do..very professional.

Not a terrible experience overall. The plumber came out for the initial $89 service visit, was very nice and professional, and even helped me learn a thing or two I didn't know about our toilet. $89 well spent I suppose. That said, the repair job ended up being that the flapper needed to be replaced, which they wanted to charge us about an additional $350 to complete. He even suggested potential options should be that we replace the entire toilet for nearly $850... The plumber was saying it could wind up being a pretty complex job. I ended up ordering the flapper part on Amazon for $30 that arrived the next day and fixed it myself in a couple of minutes. Now, there are a lot more complex jobs than fixing toilet parts, I get that. I would still recommend them as a general service as they were very polite and professional. However, my experience felt like pretty significant price gouging and I'd just caution others to make sure you're getting a decent value when using them. If it's $350 to repair a toilet flapper, I can't imagine what a larger job would cost.
