Eric Anttila was amazing! He was very Kind and courteous! He helped me accomplish the things I wanted done very efficiently. Eric was very friendly and even got along well with the city workers that came to shut off the water! A 10 out of 10! I recommend Eric to anyone who needs work done in their home! Needed my sump pumps replaced due to flooding in my basement. I called at 7:15 AM and the plumber arrived at 8:00AM. Wonderful service and I would use them again. I highly recommend them

We had purchased our new house in September 2022 and wanted our HVAC system cleaned and tuned before going into winter. Proactive Comfort came out did a "thorough" inspection and cleaning of boiler and checked the air handlers. I even purchased the Proactive Comfort "membership" program. They said everything was great. Winter came and heating was a problem. It was barely able to keep up with 30s' and 40's, let alone 10-20 degrees. I ended up calling Proactive Comfort for an Emergency dispatch, tech came out and adjusted the aqua stats at the air handlers. This allowed the blowers to kick on more frequently. However, they were still blowing cool air with themostats set to 70 degrees. I then called another HVAC company and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue on their first visit. It ended up being a failed aqua stat in the boiler, that was causing the temperature to read incorrectly. It was reading 215 when the water was only 98 degrees. Once failed aqua stat was replaced we could immediately feel the difference. HVAC system has been running far less frequently and been able to satisfy thermostat much quicker.

I have now been trying to get in contact with a manager from Proactive Comfort and cannot seem to get a call back. Between the fee for inspection, membership plan, and emergency dispatch we are over $900 with no resolution.

Needless to say, I will never use or recommend Proactive Comfort to again.

Sean was very knowledgeable, and proficient. He was easy to work with and took the time to explain things. All in all a very good experience!

They were very knowledgeable, and very friendly, and they went right to the problem and solved it quickly, they were very tidy no mess and I will hire them again if I need a company to do whatever I need done in the plumbing area. Excellent work
