I paid 90$ for nothing. He came out said everything was wrong. I told him where I thought the problem was and he did nothing!
I am ordering the pice and fixing it myself

Water heater went out on a Saturday. They came out and lined out to have my system replaced by Monday afternoon. Cold showers suck. Thank you for the quick service.

Issac was very thorough and helpful. He explained everything in great detail and was one of the most pleasant serviceman I have ever worked with.

I needed quick/emergency service with a broken sump pump and was desperate to keep the house from flooding. Jerome arrived early, was helpful and fixed my problem and prevented some bad flooding. All while dealing with lots or rain and some mud. My “regular” plumber, while advertising 24/7 support, doesn’t actually do emergency calls during business hours as the techs are “all booked up”. Guess I now have a new “regular” plumber.

After changing the pressure switch and the Draft inducer motor my heater still was not working.
The technician could not fix it
so he told me that I needed a new heater, After he left i went to look at it and i noticed that there was a lot of water on the tray so i had a drain clogged i fixed it now my heater is working fine

Excellent and informative customer service. I had called a competitor who stated that it would be a week before being able to fix my A/C. They then said if I wanted to pay $150 extra for "emergency" service they could be here in 3 days. I called All Hours Air and Mike came, same day, within a couple of hours. He took the time to show me, via pictures, what the issues had been and explained (plus pictures again) his repairs. All Hours Air is now my go to HVAC place. If I could give extra stars I would and I tend to be tight on my service reviews.

Chris Wheeler and his partner were amazing, helpful and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning work. Ralph came to do our plumbing inspection and was really good.

Customer service at its best! From my first conversation with Becky to schedule an appointment to the technicians being on time in my two hour appointment window I was pleased. Omar, Marco and (the backup guy with the linger snake) Ralph we’re great!

At one point we were concerned that I might have a bigger issue than a clogged pipe, Omar (in my opinion) went the extra mile to confirm or deny the bigger issue and thankfully Ralph’s snake found the clog!!!

I thought the service man was very professional, friendly and efficient. The price was best around so I would definitely use again!
