Our water heater went out and leaked water all over our garage. All Hour was able to come out the next day and give an estimate on a tankless system. Most importantly, they were able to do the installation the very next day. Kyle and Pat were both great. Sadly I don’t remember the name of the third pop employee.
I was contacted by the office and they were able to inform me that the third employee was Jerome. He did a great job.

I have I had my heater replaced and with additions of odor cleaner of the ozone kind 3 years ago. Since it was installed the order Eliminator had not worked and was checked and replaced the India earlier months. Each time I had the system checked by your company they told me that the older cleaner or scrubber was not working. This last time in November of 2022 I paid for a checkup. Again I was told that the older scrubber was not functional and the technician at the time removed the unit and told me that he would call the manufacturers about replacement and would get back in touch with me. I made a number of calls without response. I was able to talk to the office but no technicians called me back. Eventually an office staff made an appointment with the technician with me earlier this week, which resulted in this request for feedback. I'm still waiting for a call. The technician apologized, said that he did not know that nobody had got back in touch with me, and that he would hand this over to someone who would call me the last couple of days. I leave it to you as to how you determine what I should do and how my reaction should be.

Ralph was our service person. He came out the first time to estimate the water filter repair under our kitchen sink. He was courteous and clean. He explained it would take about a. week to order and get the new water filter. He returned a week later (plus 2 days) with our new products. At this time he came with Patrick. He left for about 40 minutes to locate a part that was not included in the ordered product. He was on time both times, polite and efficient. He returned calls when necessary.

They scheduled quickly and came on-time, and finished fairly quickly, too. What I especially liked was that they told me about registering my new AC and water heater within the time limits for the warranty, something the furnace installer (a different company) did NOT do. Also, they have set up appointments with the city inspector, again, something the furnace installer did not do. I've had a few questions that required multiple calls before I got a call back, but they did eventually call back and completely answered my questions.

We experienced an issue with our tankless water heater on Saturday June 17th. Within an hour of our call we received a call from technician Ralph. When he arrived he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He identified our issue and let us know he needed to order a part to resolve our issue but in the meantime he showed us how to reset our system so our system would function properly until the new part arrived. Ralph was in constant communication when the part was ordered and when it was scheduled to arrive. He was also the technician that installed the new equipment. We have always had outstanding experiences with the technicians for All Hours Air but Ralph far exceeded our expectations!!! He was tremendous!!! I hope every time we need to do a winter tuneup on our furnace and spring tuneup on our a/c unit we get Ralph as our technician. He’s a genuinely great human being!!!

Christ was marvelous. The most thorough and highest quality A/C tune up I have ever had. The unit was so clean afterwards it was cleaning. He was on time and very considerate to make sure no dirt was tracked on my carpets or left outside after he cleaned up. He explained entering he did and even sent pictures for my records.
Highly recommend!

All Hours Air has been fantastic to work with. We had Kitec plumbing and had a small leak. I called three plumbing services. All the plumbing companies told us that they could not fix Kitec plumbing and we needed to re-pipe the whole house. That was a scary thought and expensive. I checked online and there was a class action suit for Kitec pipes - we filed. After making the decision to re-pipe and I requested quotes. All Hours Air offered a fair quote and could start immediately, their rep is Chris Wheeler. He is professional and seemed honest about my problem and knew the most about plumbing of the reps. Others also offered fair quotes but didn't meet scheduling or feel professional. We selected All Hours Air and decided to re-pipe and also install a tankless water heater with a Halo 5 filter system. We had two service techs here for about 7-10 days and completely did our house. The systems are installed and we are super happy with it. All Hours Air has been so easy to work with, I would choose this company for my plumbing needs.

I was charged $89 for the visit and then another $143 to replace a simple valve under the sink that can be purchased for $10-20. I understand businesses have to make money, so I was fine with this and there's labor involved (though it only takes 10 minutes to replace). But, if you're going to charge people so highly, at least do a professional job. Here's what I mean:

My dishwasher also had a slow leak, and their plumber replaced the clamp as well. However, nothing was tested at all. How can you do a professional job if you don't at least test your work? I turned on the dishwasher and it was leaking more than it was before! I had to bring it back out and tighten the clamp myself. The water was also not turned back on so I know the valve was not tested either. Luckily, the valve didn't leak, but what kind of plumber doesn't at least test their work?

Imagine how infuriating it is to pay over $200 for a 15 minute job with parts that cost $10-20 retail and then they don't even have the courtesy or professionalism to check their work for leaks. That is basic.

Oil furnace repair. Very satisfied with this company. It's very hard to find anyone that repairs and services oil furnaces anymore. They have been great...they are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate Solace...she is very helpful and friendly as well. They were the only company that responded to my situation immediately. One company took three days to just call me back during this very difficult winter weather when I had no heat. So thank you All Hours Air!

Called for check on AC not working. Sent tech out next morning!!! We are former customers. Dwight, our tech, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All Hours will be contacting me for followup. Quality Customer service is 95% of my basis for choosing a service. Thank you ALL HOURS!
