Vetter was professional, friendly and nice. He listened to what we were experiencing and offered us some options regarding our water heater. He let us know the approximate cost and how many people it would take to replace and install it. They were training a new person but they all worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in a short amount of time.

Greg Baustian arrived on time for my appointment. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my 12 year old water heater and gave me the option to repair or replace it. He thoroughly explained the problem so I could make the best decision for my situation. Given the age and the cost to repair I chose to replace it.
Greg performed the installation of the new water heater same day to my delight. He was thorough, professional, and did an excellent job. I have used Ira Hanson plumbing many times and have always found then to provide quality work, highly recommended.

I called the office Thursday morning and they were able to give me an appt the next day for a slow ceiling drip from the tub drain above when used. Gregg came out and diagnosed the problem to me and gave me options. He had all of the necessary parts and tools to replace the old leaking pipe and install a new tub drain and pipe. I was very impressed by our serviceman Myers! He arrived earlier than expected and then gave me a good assessment of our issues as well as possible solutions. I was very pleased with Myers attention to detail in replacing 2 toilets for us. He was also really great with our new puppy, and it made all the difference to me that he was so friendly with our family. I will definitely use Ira Hansen Plumbing again!

I called for a shower head replacement. Myers came swiftly and got it done in less than 15 minutes that day. He was awesome, totally up front with all costs involved (very affordable and fair) and very courteous. We called Ira Hansen and Sons and the crew came out and within 10 minutes had located the clean out, which the city of Lovelock could not locate and had no idea where it was located. The crew was equipped with all the tools they needed to locate and access the problem. They located and exposed the pipe which had been cut off by the city thinking it was a dead pipe. Great service from Baustian and Ira Hansen & Sons! I had two other companies try and diagnose/fix the problem. One plumbing company said “there’s no problem” despite a puddle of water in the yard. The water company said it’s a landscaping/sprinkler issue. The landscaper tried a bandaid solution that didn’t work then admitted they didn’t know how to fix it. I resorted to turning off the sprinkler system and watering with a hose. This dragged for months between lengthy scheduling and missed appointments from other companies.

Ira Hansen &Sons scheduled me within two days. Baustian figured out the problem and fixed it in a few hours. I now have go-to reliable plumbing help. Finally!!!
