Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing

A few days ago we noticed our shower had a slow leak through the shower head that was slowly getting worse. I knew better than to try to fix it myself so I called Ira Hansen and Sons. They have done work for us before. They sent Mr. Baustain out. He had the parts on hand and knew exactly what to do where I might have totally messed up and had us staying in a motel. Mr. Baustain had us fixed in about 30 minutes. No more leaky shower!! Ira Hansen and Sons is the first choice for us.

Had our old water heater replaced by “Greg Baustain”., from Ira Hansen & Son. He was timely, professional and very easy to talk to. He’d made a recommendation to replace it a few months earlier that was very competitive! The company remembered the quote when I called, honored it and sent Greg out that very week! He was knowledgeable and meticulous with his work and I’d gladly take the time to refer him and the company to whomever is in need of plumbing services!

Greg arrived on time and surveyed the work to be done. He gave me an estimate of the cost and finished the two jobs efficiently and quickly, within 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with his work. I've used Ira Hansen Plumbing before and will do so again. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Rodriguez arrived on time and performed the repairs with explanations and options to fix the issues (water hammer and leaking faucet). He was very personable, and I'm happy with his work and the results. If I need plumbing work in the future, I'll call Ira Hansen & Sons Plumbing -- thanks!.

Shawn Biondo was very helpful in identifying a leak in our crawlspace coming from the second floor. It was important for us to resolve this issue as soon as possible being that our home is under contract for sale. We found out we would have to break the wall in between other things to resolve the issue. Shawn did an excellent job in only two days. Highly recommend working with him!

Greg Baustain was a highly qualified technician who correctly analyzed my plumbing problems, fixing each one at the first attempt. He was also very polite and extremely careful working around the interior of my home. I am very happy with the workmanship and results-thanks again!

I made an appointment with Taylor who was very kind and professional and understanding of my needs. She scheduled the soonest available appointment which was very fast! Tracy did a great job on our gas pipe issue behind our new gas range. He was fast, informative, and very professional. We found ourselves in a nasty spot with our sewer line backing up into the house. I called Ira Hansen Plumbing and was greeted by Taylor, who is very helpful and professional. She sent out Chaz to check our sewer drain. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. He was able to solve the problem very quickly, all while keeping me informed about the steps he was taking and had recommendations for upkeep for the future. Chaz was great, and I can't say enough good things about him. I will be requesting him for future jobs!

Our water heater went out this morning and flooded our garage. I called Ira Hansen & Sons at 1pm. Michael got back to me promptly and brought us a new water heater & all the accessories around 5 pm. He did an excellent job and when he left, he said we could even text him if we had any problems. I highly recommend everyone use Ira's plumbing company. They provide excellent quality and service!

The technician, Michael, went above and beyond to make sure I had a new, non leaking, kitchen faucet before he left. He arrived when he was expected and was pleasant to be around. The charge for installation was very reasonable. When I am ready to have faucets replaced in my bathroom I will call Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing and ask for Michael.
