Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing

I unfortunately had a leak in the middle of the night that flooded my house. I called Ira and Sons and Sean showed up right away. He was extremely helpful and professional, even going out of his way to notice a couple extra things wrong that could have caused the leak that was aside from the actual issue without trying to sell me on anything. He showed me how I could test it myself and made sure the condition of my home was safe before leaving. It happened on a weekend so obviously I was paying extra for the on call aspect of it, and he was being honest in trying to help on the cost savings as much as he could. I will definitely be using this company again just because Sean was so helpful and transparent while I was trying to deal with a crisis.

I called Hansen Plumbing this morning and was able to get service in a couple hours. (Unlike another plumbing company who said it would be a week out.) Sean and Chaz came out to my house to diagnose a sewer smell and gurgling noise in my bathroom.
They were professional and friendly. They worked together as a team to brainstorm the problem and were able to come up with a solution quickly. I thought I needed the main line cleaned out but it was a P joint problem in the shower we rarely use. They know what they are doing and were honest. They crawled under the house and even checked out the pipes underneath to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you, thank you!! We will certainly call again!

Baustian was efficient, on time and was able to remedy the fix in an apropruqte amount of time. We were very happy with the results. We Alway refer to Hansen Plumbing because they don’t put us off for days or weeks. They come in and get the job done the same day.

Chaz showed up less than an hour after calling late in the afternoon, immediately diagnosed the issue, and proceeded to resolve the issue. Extremely professional and excellent service. I've used Ira Hansen & Sons Plumbing multiple times and this was the best.

Greg was wonderful to work with. He explained everything he was going to do before the repair and walked me through after the repairs. I would be happy to hire IHS again.

I needed a natural gas line rerouted. From my inquiry phone call through the job completion, the customer service was outstanding. Jamin, the plumber, was very prompt (even early); he introduced himself with a confident yet professional handshake and a smile, and completed the work efficiently while respecting my home throughout the process. If/when I need plumbing work again, I will definitely use IHS plumbing and will request Jamin. It was refreshing to receive quality work driven by excellent customer service, which seems harder and harder to find anymore. But not with Ira Hansen Plumbing!

One of their plumbers, Shae Vetter, helped me out with a couple toilet installations. He was polite and cheerful, got the work done efficiently and without any issues, and even helped out when I asked with a few tips for drain maintenance and recommendations for additional upgrades when I asked. I will definitely use these guys again in the future!

Needed to get a water heater replaced and was unimpressed with the plumbing chain I was using. Called up Ira Hansen because they were local and had good reviews. Tyler got here the next day and assessed the situation. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining things and got my problem fixed the next working day. Quick and efficient, great job!

Sean from Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing was nothing short of amazing! Our water heater was having issues and he came out on a Sunday. We couldn't be more thankful! We will be going with this company again in the future!
