Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing

Solano arrived at the beginning of the assigned appointment time. He assessed the hose bibs I wanted replaced, including getting in the crawl space. He left to get the necessary supplies based on my house and crawl space. When he came back, he was able to effectively and efficiently finish the job. He also gave me some advice on my sprinkler system that I am taking care of myself. Thanks again to Solano and to Ira Hansen and Sons.

Connor was excellent. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak under my bathroom sink within 5 minutes! He took the time to explain the issue and how he fixed it in case the problem ever comes up again. All at no charge since the repair was done within minutes. I've used IH&S several times over the past few years and each visit has been excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

This is the third time I've used Ira Hansen plumbing, and just like the first two times, the work and professionalism was top notch. LaRue did a great, efficient, and cost effective job fixing a leak that was causing major damage in one of my bathroom ceilings. She was on time, very knowledgeable, and did the work as quickly as possible.

Vetter arrived in a timely manner. He was very polite and friendly. He installed our new kitchen faucet as well as flushed our water heater. This was all done neatly and fast. We have used Ira Hansen before and also had great service at that time. We would definitely recommend Ira Hansen Plumbing.

Myers (Frankie) arrived on time, was very professional, discussed everything with us and then did one of the most professional installation jobs I've ever seen....and I spent my whole career working in the grades. Thank you!!

Really happy with Shawn from Ira Hansen and Sons. Professional, friendly, efficient, communicated everything clearly, and price seemed fair to me (it was about what I expected, but this was the first time I hired a plumber, so not much to compare it to). It was an overall smooth and good experience hiring a plumber for the first time.

I have used this company twice so far and have been very impressed with the quality of work and prices. Both times the plumber they sent out completed the work very promptly and knew what they were doing. This time they sent Sean and he was able to come out 4 hours earlier than the original appointment to check out the issues and offered a quote right a way. He left to grab the needed parts and and fixed the issues very quickly. I will definitely use this company again!

We had a couple of faucets leaking in our house and I had another plumber take a look at it without any tools and said they couldn't fix it. I called Ira Hansen and Sons and they were able to give me an appointment right away. LaRue was the plumber who came in promptly and was immediately able to diagnose it, then went to the store to get the replacement parts and fixed the issue in a very short time. For any future plumbing issue, I would definitely call Ira Hansen and Sons and ask for LaRue.

Tracy and Taylor did a wonderful job. I am disabled and I needed a fixture installed in my new house. This fixture helps me with the bathroom. Taylor took my call and connected me with the technician, Tracy. Tracy came right out (within 30 minutes) and had the job done in under an hour. It was an expert job performed by an expert technician. What a great service at a more than fair price. I can't express how happy I am.

I have used Ira Hansen twice since my last review. As always, their services were swift, the technician was right on time, clean and well prepared. All work performed was done at or below budget. The work itself was stellar and the tech spent the time to explain what was done and went through each repair to ensure I understood the repair and the new parts associated. As said before, I cannot express in words with how happy I am with their service.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Greg was extremely helpful from my first call into the office. I walked him through our two bathroom remodels. We live in an old home in the SW and was extremely knowledgeable about the workings of this era. Gave advice, communicated well each step of the process, walked me through his strategy. I will 100% utilize Greg and Ira Hansen again. He did a great job!
