Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing

I have used this company in the past. Always satisfied with the work done. But this time Greg went beyond and while under my house discovered a duct line that came off and told me what the issue was that contributed to it so I could get the company responsible to come back and fix it. He tried to put it back on for me, but we both knew it wouldn't hold. I will definitely use Ira and Sons Plumbing again.

I reached out to Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing and got a timely appointment to address some repairs we needed. I received a phone call from the assigned tech Vetter who called to let me know he was headed our way on the day and time of our appointment. He was engertic and joviel as we recapped what he was heading over to check out since I could not be onsite to meet him. Vetter arrived on time and assessed the situation quickly. He was already on his way out to get a new faucet when he rached out to me to update me on what he discovered. Upon the completion of installing the new faucet a short time later he again called me since I was off site to update me on the success of the sink properly functioning again. I'm VERY pleased with the service received and with the energy and kind professionalism that you don't see very often.

Taylor was very helpful in scheduling service for the 3 Faucets we needed replaced in our home. We had low flow ones that couldn't even rinse the toothpaste out of our toothbrushes! When Tracy arrived, he was very thorough in checking our water pressure in our new home. He was also very friendly and I could tell that he was very experienced in his trade! He was done before I knew it and we were extremely happy with the work that was done. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me. I had a new sink and disposal installed by Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. The tech (Greg I believe) showed up same-day and on time. Greg got the job done in two hours for $375, parts and labor, did a fantastic job. I was quoted over $1600 for the same job by another well-known local plumbing company that I've used in the past, which I thought was absolutely insane! I'll be calling Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing next time I have some plumbing work to be done!

They were so friendly and courteous! Sean McAndrew and his apprentice not only resolved my issues, they offered some follow through tips to help me avoid future plumbing issues with my faucets. Sean was knowledgeable and explained things in layman's terms without being condescending. They were professional and memorable! I have programmed their number in my phone for all of my plumbing needs!

Plumber Chaz came over to fix kitchen sink for grandmother. Bunch of rice went down the drain an clogged real bad. Chaz was very quick with getting problem sink unclogged. Great plumber an great business

Earlier this week our water heater went out. I called Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing, and they sent out Greg Baustain early the next day. Greg was on-time, professional and got the water heater back up and working immediately. The dip tube had cracked and the thermostat was broken, and he got both these things fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. I fully (110%) recommend Ira Hansen & Sons and Greg for any of your plumbing issues.

Greg came out and did a repair on our lawn irrigation system that was causing hammering through out the house. He was very professional and on time. Overall satisfied with his work and the final outcome. Highly recommend Ira and Hansen Plumbing. Price comparison with other companies was not made.
