Fantastic experience! Chaz came out and was extremely respectful of our home as he evaluated our situation. Chaz did a thorough inspection to ensure he was looking at the correct issue and made suggestions that were not based on them making more money but on solving the actual problem. He even advised against what I wanted as we figured out that wouldn't be the solution even though they could have charged more. Instead he ran a camera to inspect the issue and we found out way more than just running a cable would have done. I will for sure be using them in the future and will be requesting Chaz each time as well! Thank you again Chaz!!

We used Alexis Hansen as our realtor, big mistake! She pushed her families companies on us, Ira Hansen and sons and Garden Brothers, LLC. Both did awful work and when I went with another realtor she sued us! Run from this company.

The tankless water heater in our rental house wasn't working, the problem was that the condensation line was frozen. It was repaired effectively and efficiently and the communication was top notch. I appreciate this since I do not reside in the same city.

Very happy with my experience with Ira Hansen & Sons. When I had called, Robin answer and she was very helpful, to see if they worked on mobile homes, she said "yes". Robin turned me over to Tracy to schedule the day and time he would be out. When Tracy came out he called to make sure I was there and he had the right place and he was on time.
I thank them both for the time and work and will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber fast.

still waiting for call.back from manager. asked about the $250 charge for part that sells for nor more than $110 on mfgs website and 80.00 at home depot. technician had to come back twice to correctly install shower contol.... replacing the cartridge.

Terrific communication, super professional, personable, and knowledgeable plumber. Danielle was terrific and we wouldn't hesitate to call again. Working with such nice folks made a challenging household repair less painful, for sure.
