I had a leak from kitchen faucet. They came over within 2 hrs, replaced faucet. I bought their home inspection plan. They have started to inspect all covered items I would recommend then highly for emergencies and preventative work.

For only $79 they performed a complete check of the heating system, which is very old. Just because he was so nice, he took the glass out of my fireplace so I can clean it. I like the fact that they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Even though my system is very old, it is still performing very well. He also checked my. And carbon monoxide level and it was very good as well. I use this company once before at my home in Sierra Canyon, and I was impressed with them there as well.

I had scheduled annual service of my air conditioner over 1 month ago. At the time of my appointment today, they called and told me they were not coming and that I could reschedule for 6 weeks from now, which would be in the middle of summer. Terrible customer service in my opinion for doing this and will not use or recommend them in the future.

I did not use their service but a co-worker did after we found All Hours Air in a Google search. She has had nothing but positive feedback at work on the service and professionalism of the company. They value veterans and families and she stated she would recommend them to anyone and everyone she runs into that needs furnace or ac repair

Todd visited us yesterday April 11th for our boiler to our hot water heating system. He has left us without any heat now. All he did was try to sell us a whole new heating system which we may need, but we still need our current boiler to actually work. It worked before he looked at it and now it doesn't. We are not able to do a reset either. The water just doesn't heat. It is supposed to be 30 degrees tonight and we will have no heat. I am not very happy with your service. All you wanted to do was sell us a new system including a new water heater to the tune of nearly $30000.

Jerome was knowledgeable and gave me an estimate before starting the job. He installed a temperature release valve and recommended replaced the valve for the refrigerator water line which was leaking.
I would highly recommend All Hours Air.

This gentleman’s (Chad, technician ) expertise just took it to the highest level of professional inspection that in a heartbeat we would hire this company’s service anytime of the year for our future hvac services.

Excellent service, with good information from the technician. Spent quality time and made future recommendations for saving money. The installation of a new Tankless Water heater was also performed with neat and quick service. Thank you Chris Wheeler and for installation, Ralph.

Nikki the plumber was great.
Andy did a fine job but didn't know the older furnace and CO2 detector. Kind of important.
I was told the cost would be $89 when I made the appointment but got charged $99 when he couldn't do a complete job.
Want to make it right. Send someone who knows older Coleman furnace's with a CO2 detector for no charge.
Apparently, they've missed named the company. Some named Greg, didn't identify himself. Called me to say he'd reimburse the $10 and send out a guy 👍!

But come to find out the appointment I set for plumbing work was wrong cause they're closed. Mind you Nikki is the guy who schedules the appointments and he doesn't know the Hours...Air!WOW,All Hours Air( but not those Hours...Air)
I'd had removed a load from my docket to be off that morning. Good bye 2K.
This four days after the appointment was set. If Greg hadn't called me (While I'M WORKING, 22° below zero) I'd been standing around wondering where the plumber was from WOW, All Hours Air
(Better than Banker's Hours..... Air)
I must say Winter was very pleasant to speak with. She's an asset to her company. I wonder if she knows the Hours.......Air🙃
