All Hours Air

This is a rip off company. They wanted to charge me $900 to replace a $9 gas turnoff valve so I could install a new gas stove. This actually happened and is NOT a fake review. I can recognize a scam when I see one. I sent them packing!!

Such great service…. We had previously used all hours for the repair of our furnace so when our plumbing started acting up we knew exactly who to call.

We called had an appointment the next day…we had nico come out and check things out.
The next day Ralph came over and fixed under the sink. We realized it was going to be a bigger project than we thought… so on Tuesday after Christmas Ralph , Patrick and Antonio came out. They were so respectful and helpful and communicated so well with each step for what they were doing.
It was a big project they showed up every morning for 3 days so happy and ready to work. Great customer service.
One day when they were finished for the day they had gone home and I had called Ralph because there was a problem with the water pressure and he came back and checked it and made sure all was good before going home again.
It was all around such a good experience and the job was done so well.

We will continue to use all hours air in the future and to Ralph thanks for being the best.
My family appreciates it so much.

I had called and asked if someone could swing by and check whether our furnace was cycling on and off too quickly. Andy came by on 1/4 and checked our system and all was good. Then he basically gave us an analysis and explained how features of the house, plus use of the fireplace, could cause what we’d been seeing. All of this only took about 15 minutes, but it relieved any concerns we had. Since he hadn’t actually done any work, there was no charge. We appreciate Andy and All Hours Air!

Kyle installed a tankless water heater for us this past week and he was amazing! He came across a few unforeseen issues and it took a bit longer than expected to complete the job, but he stayed and finished and did a great job! Everything looks and works perfectly. Thank you!

Our heater was so loud and kicked on way more than what seemed normal. I knew it was affecting my infants sleep. Her room was never the perfect temp! Called All hours, they came out within 2 days AT the appointment time. Now our system is running quite and doesn't kick on so often. My baby slept through the night!! Didn't even think that was an option for us! Best $100 I've ever spent! Will definitely be calling them back for duct maintenance!

Our Technician was Chris!!! He was honest about pricing and showed me everything he worked on and what was damaged and why. Really appreciated his willingness to show me what he was doing and all the readouts.

My home heater died and I called AHA after 5:00 pm and was told I'd be contacted the next morning for a service visit. They called at 7:15 am the next morning as promised and said a technician would be following up within a certain time that same morning. A little after 8:00 am Andy called and said he was on his way. Andy diagnosed the problem, and while he went for parts he loaned me a couple space heaters in the meantime. Andy returned about an hour later with the necessary parts and performed the repairs, and got the system running like new. Andy was very polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail to me. Quick response, quick service - great experience.

As mentioned below, we had our furnace serviced by All Hours Air in September 2022. We spent approximately $1300 replacing the circuit board. Mike the technician was great and had encouraged us to just replace the furnace, but we unwisely chose the middle-priced repair option. Mike told us he couldn’t guarantee that the new circuit board would permanently fix the problem since it was an old furnace. So, several months later, when the furnace went out completely, I called All Hours Air again and Nick was our service advisor this time. He was awesome too. We decided to replace our furnace this time and Nick gave us a full credit for the previous repair. He did not have to do that, and we really appreciated it. Brandon and Cesar were our technicians and they were both clean and nice and and they did a very professional installation. They hauled away the old furnace, cleaned up the area and ensured everything was working properly before they left. Our new furnace has been working like a champ ever since and with all the snow we’ve had this winter we have been very warm and grateful. I highly recommend All Hours Air.

Mike was our technician and he was great. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace right away and gave us three different options for repair. After he completed the furnace repair, at a very fair rate, he also ensured our A/C was working before he left. He was friendly, clean, on time and professional, and I especially liked that it was flat rate, and not “shop to shop” time.

The technician was prompt and very polite. His professionalism was absolutely outstanding. He made the repairs correctly and explained exactly what the problem was. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone with a plumbing problem!! I am grateful for your help!!

The guys that showed for the appointment were on time, very nice, friendly and considerant. They wore booties without being asked and got to work determining what our plumbing issue was right away. Since our water pressure issue wasn't an emergency I decided to defer the work to a later and they were very helpful with advice shouldni consider performing the work myself.
