All Hours Air treats veterans very well. I am a Marine Corps veteran going through a very rough patch right now. Chris Wheeler was able to comp me a new furnace when mine went out. They have always been on time and very courteous when they are working in my home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Realized Sunday morning that the water heater was not working. Called the number, and got Todd. He came out that afternoon, Sunday!, diagnosed that the water heater had lived a long life, and had died a peaceful death. He arranged for the new water heater to be installed the next day! Ralph came out, at the time he said he'd be here. He installed it in a matter of hours. Nice, clean installation! Both Todd and Ralph were very professional and thorough. We will definitely use All Hours Air again!

The Technician that came out was within the 2 hour timeframe that we were given, he was very professional and friendly. Fully explained the condition of our furnace and gave us an estimate on the recommended repairs. No pressure and very reasonable price.

They responded with an inspection the same day I called for a leaking water heater! And installed the very next morning. Excellent communication. Fair prices and showed up exactly when they said they would. Love these guys.

We are service club members. Our furnace went out in the dead of winter, we were told it wasn't feasible to repair. 9 thousand for a new furnace, that was on "special". On our next service visit, told our AC is likely going to die. Again not feasible to repair, this time the estimate is 10 thousand, again a "special". If I replace, it will be close to $20,000 in less than a year. I feel like every time I see these guys I get more and more broke. The furnace and the AC were Lennox, not some cheap unknown brand.

Great Job. Appreciate the time taken too explain why things were having problems and what could be reasonably repaired as well as the options. Nick informed me about another system that may be a good replacement system.

My Heater System stopped working early in morning. Called AHA and they sent a tech out within a few hours. They Tech was professional and courteous, found the issue and showed me as well as taking pictures along the way for my records. Before he left, he also did a thorough exam on the entire system as well as a Carbon Monoxide test as my system is 21 years old. All checked good. Had me up and running in no time. Great experience and would highly recommend this business.

Andy tried to revive our heating system without success. He recommended replacement. The company offered a larger unit but we had to decline due to space constraints in access opening. Ordered the same size and awaiting install. Will see after that.

Julio and Antonio worked so hard to make a complicated water heater installation perfect before they left. What should have been a 2 hour job ended up being an 8-9 hour job and they stayed after hours until we were happy with the results. Thank you guys for going above and beyond. Also, thanks to the supervisors who came out and helped too. I really felt like it was important to them that we felt satisified and all our concerns were taken care of.
