All Hours Air

When I called I got scheduled right away. Eddie was great! Showed up on time and reviewed the problem at hand. Fixed everything within an hour and showed me how to work everything when he was done. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely be using them again.

I have not made a decision whether I am going to buy a mini split unit. They are so expensive but since I could use it for both cooling and heating, it may be a good value. I was unaware of the Daikin company, but the warranties and service are really getting me thinking. Service is an important part of any investment and Nick has shown me that in the estimate. I need to talk to some of my friends who know about heating cooling units before I could make my decision. However, AllOurAir is definitely towards the top.

Eddy was great! He explained everything very well and was fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable and would request him for future plumbing needs. It wasn't cheap labor but you get what you pay for. The company does provide financing if needed.

The technician was very professional, polite, responsive and on time. Did the assessment and provided all the information necessary for me to make a decision. Paying the bill was a snap!

I had to reach out twice but out of 3 companies This one was the one whim responded with quick service, Initially I was a little disappointed I had to point out a fee they have advertised when dispatch tried to charge me double that advertised fee but they were very quick to honor it. The tech was highly professional and helpful.

I just moved into an older town house. All duct insulation was the older fiberglass type and was damaged or falling off. I called for an appointment and All Hours Air was able to send out a crew the next day. They did a great job. I feel confident that my HVAC system will run more efficiently from now on.

Duane was very efficient and explained the process during his maintenance check on my A/C. He discovered that there was a leading capacitor and recommended replacing it, which I authorized. He also explained that my system was old and probably would need replacing in the future. He gave me an estimate for replacing the A/C as well as my 30 year-old furnace.

Had a wonderful experience with all hours air. Chris Wheeler came out and checked everything. The furnace was completely dead and he did everything he could to figure out the problem. Even comped a new furnace free of charge because the owner is a struggling vet. Would definitely recommend to everyone needing new systems. He made an appointment to come back Monday to install it! Best experience ever

Tech shows up- asks my wife to fire up AC system- pronounces it good. No cleaning, no refrigerant testing, pretty much nothing. From start to finish the visit was 8 min. Called office- was told service manager would call me back- not a word. If you value you hvac system and wish it maintained- use anyone else but All Hours. Worst example of customer service I have ever seen.

I received a call today from Solis in customer service to schedule servicing for my HVAC and I'd like to commend her on her professionalism, friendliness and her willingness to make sure my upcoming service works with my schedule. I give Solis 5 stars. She was a sweetheart. This company has some great employees.
