Chris showed up on time and we went over the work I needed done. He understood all the issues and performed a completer inspection and parts replacement that were required including a great cleaning job. Excellent communications between us. They were supposed to service my A/C my heater and my hot water heater. They did the A/C and heater but said a plumber would be out the same day. Isaac was on time and professional but when I called the office they said no plumber would be out. Isaac found a problem with my water heater but said his boss told him to leave my house because he still had 5 more jobs to do. Everything should have been done on the same day. The heater they put in January was done wrong and there was no way for be to change the filter so Isaac had to reroute all the pipes. Now I am afraid my hot water heater is going to explode in my house causing water damage.

Nick was honest, thorough and took care of the AC unit problems efficiently. He helped arrange a plumber call from the company for a separate issue and they made it out the next day. Excellent service and communication.

Over the past few years, we've needed a variety of services and equipment from All Hours Air, and they have always given us exemplary service and treated us with courtesy. I would not hesitate to call them again any time we need help.

Absolutely professional and top notch customer service across the board. Todd was the technician who did our AC tune up and he was so polite and knowledgeable and really helpful! I also spoke to Cassie on the phone and she was amazing, simply wonderful all around!

Called their office to schedule for a technician to look at a few issues under my kitchen sink. Was able to get some one out here with in 24 hours. The technician showed up on time and presented himself very professionally. He was also very knowledgeable about some questions I had regarding a water heater and also about what needed to be fixed. Everything seemed ok until he wrote me an estimate which was shocking. The amount was way to much for the work and the estimate was a simple description of what work needed to be done and a $$$. No itemized estimate which seemed like a rip off. Did some research online and priced the parts for 1/5 of the estimate. Would not recommend this company.

Our technician Andy was professional, proactive in finding an issue to correct. Also Winter communicated clearly when all hours air would arrive and is a pleasant person to work with. Definitely would recommend.

EXCELLENT work & service!!! Can’t say enough about Eric who came out & took photos of needed repairs. The crew worked diligently and could answer any question asked. Purchased a filtration system for the furnace…. boy can you tell a difference in air quality!! Called three companies and am glad I chose this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5+ Stars.

We contracted All Hours to purchase and install a new AC unit. From the initial contact with Donny and Dwayne to completion of the install by Nick and Shea, our experience was VERY positive. Donny and Dwayne reviewed our options and spent time answering all our questions. Nick and Shea were on time and got the job done faster than we expected. When they left there was no sign they had even been here, with the exception of our new unit! If you are looking for an HVAC company, look no further. We give them the highest recommendation.
