My pilot light went out on my water heater. No matter how many times we relit it it wouldn’t stay on. Scheduled online they were here the next day. Replaced the part. Tech was knowledgeable and really explained everything. Thanks!!

Professional, courteous staff. Ken came out to do a maintenance check on our water heater. Loved how he was on time and wore those booties over his shoes when he walked around the house, I really appreciated that. He also did a courtesy fix on my toilet flapper--I had to hold down the handle to get a full flush, but he did a small trim (trade secret that I wouldn't have known about) and it works perfectly now. Wonderful experience from scheduling to completion.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the work provided by Brian from Hawthorne Plumbing. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. We had a leaky toilet and fixed the problem. He also gave us advise if we decide to purchase a new toilet. We've used other plumbers in the past, but we've now decided to call on Hawthorne Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

Very satisfied once again with A/C season check. Technician was super, and not because he informed me of Hawthorne Veterans program that I had been unaware of in the past visits. Felt good to have husband's USAF service recognized after so long - 55 years. Good to see others recognizing our Vets in a super special way. They are why we are here and enjoy our liberties.

The plumber came out at 9:30 at night when my industrial sink sprung a leak. Fortunately, things were just a little loose and needed tightening. The scheduled and plumber I spoke with were both nice and professional. They were so good that I had the plumber come out the next day to my other location to fix a hand washing sink. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs for both of my locations from now on.

Our Air Conditioner went out and we were scrambling to get someone out to look at it. So I went threw the list and No One would come out that day, Until I found Hawthorne Plumbing. They came out diagnosed the problem and the next day we had a new air conditioner! I was so happy we called them! They sent out a very professional person that explained everything and did not push to Up-Sell when it was Not necessary. 5 Stars All the way and they offer a Military discount and service plan!

They were able to accommodate me at such short notice! Nate was great and not just because that rhymes. He fixed and installed a new faucet within hours! Will be calling them again if needed in the future!
