Please let me tell you, I called these guys on a Friday, (A professional reception) they sent a tech the same day, (when they said they would) and made the repairs the same day as well. I was given options for the repairs, which were fully explained. The tech, Anthony, was polite, experienced, and professional. I highly recommend Hawthorne Plumbing. I am not affiliated or related to them in any way. A very rare and pleasant experience.

They have done work for me before so I called them for another job. They wanted $59 for a quote. Oh well, I guess I will go with a plumber that didn't charge to tell me what it would cost.

I've had to call these guys a couple of times for emergency situations. I've never had a hard time getting through and even scheduled same-day. The technicians are knowledgable and quick with an estimate. Javier came out today and was able to solve a leaking pipe in the crawl space this afternoon. He replaced 2 failing joints and a pipe within a few hours. When my ancient water heater failed, Nick was able to get quote us for a removal and tankless install that afternoon and the work was done cleanly and efficiently with good long-term care options.

Take care of your plumbing people! But I would call Hawthorne for any pressing matters and then some.

Nate is literally amazing, we couldn’t be happier with the amount of diligence, professionalism, and absolute patience he displayed while making a real doozy of a repair in our condo. He probably had to come a total of 6 times and was always kind and knowledgeable with each snag we hit. When cutting into our and our neighbor’s drywall, he was extremely precise and took out as little as possible as to not inconvenience either of us further. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our service!!! Very dedicated and professional company with excellent customer service.

Jay and Terry came by my place to troubleshoot my HVAC system. I was blown away with their professionalism and willing to explain to me what they were doing. I asked several questions and learned a lot from the experience as well. Rather than just telling me to buy a new unit, they really dug deep into all the possibilities. Still some work to be done, but no regrets calling this company as it was clear the two technicians were honest professionals just looking to help me out with my problem. Great experience!!!

Amazing service!!! Our furnace started blowing cold air and within 15 minutes of my call, Jay was on his way. He was professional, polite, highly educated, as well as highly informative. He really took the time to look over everything to diagnose the problem and explain everything to me in a clear and straight forward way. We will definitely be using this business for all future needs!

After getting a laughably astronomical quote from another company we called Hawthorne. Jay gave us a fair quote and took his time explaining different options without trying to push anything on us. The scheduler got us on the calendar quickly and Jay did a fantastic job with the installation. He was happy to answer all our questions, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend Hawthorne and especially Jay!

We had our entire HVAC unit replaced plus installing central humidifier and some repairs to the ducts. Nick was very nice and customer service minded. He did a great job and arrived on time and explained everything as he went along. The service was great and we are very happy with Hawthorn. They were professional and the job was done well and clean.

Had Jay out at the house today to look at our furnace. We had been having problems with it for over a year and even had another company out who wasn’t able to diagnose the issue.
Jay was great, not only did he do more than he had to but he spent extra time going through the whole unit and making sure he was correct in his findings. Never had a technician as thorough as he was as he easily could have left the minute the unit came back on.
