Bob Ellis was an amazing repair tech for our AC! Our AC died during the hottest week of the year and he quickly and professionally fixed the issue Immediately! I will definitely be calling Hawthorne again for all my HVAC and plumbing needs!

I can not rate their service for obvious reasons. My review is strictly on price. I just called to get a quote for my 90 year old neighbor to have his garbage disposal changed. These guys quoted me $500 up to $1000 for the disposal and labor! For obvious reasons I did not go with them. I bought the exact disposal for $100 and installed it in a half hour. The math speaks for itself.

My 20 year old water heater started leaking on Friday night. They came same day and closed the tank and drained it. The tank was replaced the next day. I took their lowest of the three options given to me. Their service was excellent, but ended paying 2 to 3 times I would have paid if I have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's. They said it is one of the best water heater and the ones available in local stores are not of good quality. Of course they threw me bunch of free stuff like 6 year annual maintenence of the water heater and three inspections per year of heating and cooling for three years, etc. Still I felt the cost of the water heater was three times the cost of best one available in HD or Lowes. I blame myself for not checking the price in other places before committing. I thought it would little higher than local stores but not this much.

Our furnace went out, so i had these guys come out only for them to find that the furnace was out because of a leak from the bathroom above it.They could have charged me for the first visit, but instead he called and was able to get a plumber out that same day. They found the issue and repaired it and I am very grateful that they were quick and professional. Thank you guys so much.

Great service. My heater stopped working so the sent Jon to my house and while doing a thorough cleaning he found that plugs were missing that resulted in the pressure switch to stop functioning. Jon did a great job and was not only professional but also very friendly. He explained everything so I could understand the problem and resolution.

I couldn’t get my leaky water stop valve off the pipe when installing a new sink! After many swear words and trying with all my might to no avail, I relented and called a professional. Nick Kirk came right on time and solved my problem lickety-split. He also showed me what he did so maybe I will know how in the future...or maybe I will know better than to try to do it myself next time. Thanks!

My experience with Hawthorne plumbing was wonderful! I ran into some issue about having to turn off the water supply to get work done, which required communication between my HOA. The employee at Hawthorne made sure to get it all taken care of and made what would have been an incredibly stressful situation for me, a great experience instead that got the work done right away. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs, they will work on upstairs units as well (some will not).

We've had Hawthorne help us out with a number of projects, from leaking and running toilets to removing a bathtub and diagnosing some issues at the house we just bought. They've been fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Glad to have them on our home maintenance/improvement team!
