Daryle arrived right on schedule. He was very knowledgeable and honest about servicing my AC unit. He did a great job and was friendly. I highly recommend Legacy Air to everyone I know and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Following exhaustive research I settled on Legacy Air. I will tell you that I was not disappointed from today's spring maintenance call. The communication prior to the visit was great. From the moment that Blaze and Dave arrived until they departed they impressed me with their professionalism, systems knowledge and customer service skills. No upsell, just information presented in an easy to understand manner with pros and cons every step along the way. It was very much appreciated and they are welcome in our home anytime. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Legacy taking care of our HVAC systems.

Technician efficiently diagnosed the issue and provided a variety of solutions in several price points. He was knowledgeable and able to explain the situation to us in layman's terms. No up selling, but he did tell us about the maintenance program offered through Legacy as it would save us money on parts we would need to repair our system. It seems like a good deal as well (they even provide air filters for the whole year for quarterly replacement!). Our parts need to be ordered, so we'll be seeing someone again next week to complete the job.

We are so happy with the service from Legacy Air. They came early the day after we called to fix our downstairs furnace problem. Junior was very friendly and helpful by explaining exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He did an excellent job and very quickly as well. We signed up as a member and got great discounts on the service and parts. It is also a relief to know that we will have preventative maintenance so we won't be cold again. The folks at Legacy have customer service down to perfection. They are polite, respectful and they know their stuff. My technicians, Javier and Eyebrow, were very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and took the time to do the job right. The service is not the least expensive in town, but it might just be the very best. Great job Legacy!

Was very happy with Legacy. Never tried to sell us anything, just showed pictures of issues that were imperative to repair to keep our units working. Blaze did an excellent job, would most definitely recommend this company.

We asked Legacy Air to come inspect our AC equipment for the upcoming summer. They were very accommodating with scheduling around our schedule. We had several companies come out to give us similar services but they do not compare to Legacy. Based on what we were trying to get accomplished they said they would send a senior technician to our property. Richard came out and was very polite and more importantly very knowledgeable. He went through our entire system from the duct work and blowers in the attic to the units outside. He did a fantastic job of explaining what he was doing so we could understand and also gave us information on ways to save money on our system. Richard was able to fix the issues we had while he was here. We were told by other companies we needed to replace our AC system immediately. Richard was honest with us and said the system was running fine and we were in no need to replace it unless we wanted to spend the money to upgrade. It is nice to know that there are companies out there who are still honest and are not just looking to scare customers into doing/purchasing something they do not need. I can tell you when we do need to purchase a new AC system we will be calling Legacy Air to do it.

Communication alone gets 5 stars. Very easy to set up an appointment via text, weekends and evenings available with no added charge. Michael came exactly on time, quickly assessed the problem and gave me clear and honest options. When the part arrived, I was able to schedule to have him come replace it. Again on the weekend, very easy to schedule, excellent communication, fast efficient repair. Definitely staying with Legacy Air.
