Legacy Air Conditioning and Heating

The guys from Legacy Air did an amazing job replacing our heating and cooling units. First they arrived earlier than expected. Then while working they were very careful not to make a mess. The guys were very respectful and such gentlemen. Once work was done they cleaned up so well that you would never know that they were there. The quality of work that they did was amazing. Their price is very reasonable and I would definitely use their services again.

Excellent experience with Legacy Air
My AC stopped working on 5/14/22 and I called a company that had an add in my church bulletin and was told my 7 year old unit had to be replaced.

My son suggested I call Legacy Air. Since I was told I needed a new unit I requested a salesman. Charles came out the next day and I apologized telling him I could not afford a new unit and wanted my unit repaired. I'm 75 years and was very upset and confused that my 7 year old AC unit was not working. Charles set up and appointment for my unit to be diagnosed the next day. On 5/17/22, Juan came out and replaced the dual capacitor in my AC unit. My air conditioner is working and I didn't need a new unit. Thanks to Legacy Air an honest company with great customer service.

I called on a Saturday in July when my AC was acting up and got an appointment for Sunday. Junior arrived early (after calling to check if that was okay) and got right to checking things over. He was thorough, friendly, explained everything, and best of all was able to get my unit running better than before for minimal cost. I'm very happy with my experience, from the way my initial call was handled, to the quick response, to the professionalism and care shown by the technician. I would, and will, recommend Legacy Air most highly.

We've been using Legacy Air for our home and 3 rental houses for several years now. The service is consistently great, their employees always friendly and their prompt and on-time. We also have them maintain the systems. And when it came time to buy a new unit, their prices were much better than the other quotes we received. This great review was already overdue, but I just had a visit from a technician named Damoreyah Holmes to do our home maintenance and he is representative of the whole company... friendly, professional, helpful, willing to explain and very respectful. I highly recommend Legacy Air!

Very impressed with this company for the second time now!! We have two air conditioners for our home. They replaced one unit a few years ago and just replaced our second unit yesterday. They arrived a few minutes early from their stated arrival time of 7am and started work immediately. Three employees came and installed a new air conditioning unit and two new thermostats in just under six hours (estimate was 6-8 hours). So they arrived a few minutes early and completed the work on the low end of their estimated time! Loved that! They were able to use a back door and so my family was able to utilize all but the one room they needed access to that whole time as well. I really can’t recommend them enough!

We were recommended to Legacy from a friend at church, and I cannot say enough about this company. Needing a whole unit, I was given an estimate without pressure. We had been without air going on day 4 temps were in the low 100s, They told me they were 5 days out for replacement, but could provide temporary units to help us. With their Honesty, and Warranty they were our choice. I received a call from the office hours after speaking with Dave who gave us the estimate, stating that they moved their schedule around and would be out the next morning to install my unit at 8am! I almost cried!! The workers were fabulous, my unit was in by noon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! VERY SATISFIED..true trustworthy life savers! Thank you! Thank you! I signed up for Legacy Air's maintenance program last fall and since then they have been great to work with. They are very professional and responsive when setting appointments and their techs are very thorough.

We needed our condensers replaced recently and they did a great job. I had some questions regarding the quote I received and got a call from the owner (Dave). He was very easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were happy customers.

Great service, actually the best service I have received since moving to Las Vegas. When I set up the appointment I got text and email confirmation. They were here on time for both appointments. I received fair and honest quotes and the technician even looked at something that he wasn’t out to quote for but gave me a second opinion to help me with that service.
When I scheduled the work the customer service agent had an appointment scheduled for me the same week but then called back because they could do it 2 days earlier!! Super impressed with customer service.
Technicians showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend Legacy Air to anyone.
