Was supposed to come to my house to install a water softener system and made an appointment for sometime between 9-12pm. I call them at 10am to make sure they’re coming and they say 2-5 pm. Okay no big deal. I wait until 4pm and called the schedulers again and nobody answers. I called Troy and he said Charles was definitely coming, and he’d let me know what time. Day goes by, no answers from anybody, and I tried calling everybody again and nobody answers. A whole day wasted due to bad communication. Do not use them if you are expecting a responsive service

If you don't mind a tool stuck in your toilet by this plumber, and you're OK with getting charged for the cost of HIS tool AND your toilet, because now the toilet needs to be broken before the tool can be removed, then use Thor Industries.

He left the tool in, along with his handprints all over the walls. What I'm so disappointed at, is that he took absolutely no responsibility and had the nerve to send a bill for his tool. He offered to break and replace the toilet……and charge us over $1000 for it. This is just so wrong! His mistake costs us over $1000, for a $150 job we had hired him!!!

This is THE plumbing company you need to use. Quick response time and super friendly customer service. Completely honest about work needed and pricing. Absolutely recommend and my go to.

Thor was contracted by my property management company. Troy was polite and made certain he got me scheduled ASAP. Troy took his time to do the repair correctly (removed old caulking, etc.) -- and re-evaluated after it was done to make certain it was done correctly. He was kind and friendly. He gave me some good advice on how to deal with certain plumbing items. I would definitely use them the next time I have an issue at my house.

Troy saved the day. We had some gas work being done that required the gas line to the house be shut off. When the gas was turned back on the hot water tank would not light. I read the manual & followed all the instruction to get it lit with no luck. The contractor also had no luck getting it lit. I called Thor Industries & spoke to a woman who I told what was going on. She said let me check with a tech & get back to you. I got a call back like she said & Troy was on the line with her. Troy tried walking me through what might be the issue, but no luck in getting the hot water tank working. This was around 4:30pm. He said he had two more jobs, but could stop by after that, if that would work. That was perfect. I got a text when we got off the phone with a 2 hour window for when he would be here. The window came & I got another text saying Troy was on his way. Troy arrived & looked at the hotwater tank & had an idea of what the problem was. It was 1 of 2 things & he explained what the issues might be. He worked on the hotwater tank for a couple of minutes & got it working without any big expense. He explained everything along the way. The communication was fantastic through the entire process, which is important to me. We will defiantly use Thor Industries again. Thanks for saving the day Troy

Troy was very helpful and determined to figure out a solution to an unexpected issue that occurred during a vent cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to put in extended time needed to get the done done correctly. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

I've used Thor on 2 different occasions in the past 3 months. I was extremely happy with both experiences. Troy is very professional, friendly and efficient. I contacted a few plumbers and Thor gave me the best quote! Troy and Keith are A+. I would give them more than 5 stars. I won't use anybody else from now on.

Taking care of friend's house in N. Vegas, water heater pilot light went out. Troy came, got the pilot light lit, then the owner of the house decided she needed a new heater. Troy came that Saturday, installed it, took the old one away.

He did show up late for the first appointment. Office manager said 9:00 am to 11:00 am. 11:15, no Troy. Called again, told 11:00 to 2:00. 2:30, Troy comes rolling up. Seems his office manager doesn't account for travel times.

If Troy's late, it's because he's giving his attention to some problem. He'll do the same if you have a problem, too.

Troy's the owner. Trust him. Hire him

We were very pleased with our experience with Thor Industries, specifically our technician Keith. My husband installed a gas dryer in our new home and never having done this before we wanted someone to make sure he had hooked it up correctly. He called Thor Industries yesterday afternoon and they were very willing to come to our home first thing this morning. Keith was friendly, quick and efficient with getting the job done. Would definitely recommend this company!

Keith was amazing and super helpful. He replaced my shallow sink and faucet with a new one, all while installing an RO System. The company is also super great to work with and make things as easy as possible payment wise. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
