Thor Industries Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Had a plumbing issue with my sink backing up in my kitchen. First company came out and told me they'd have to bust out part of the wall and possibly the floor and it was going to cost $$$.

Called Troy at Thor Industries and he said he thought he could fix it, but it may get to the point where he might have to bust out the wall etc.

An hour later troy and his assistant had it all fixed and it was a fraction of the quoted cost of the other company!

I gave Thor Industries a call because I was having some plumbing issues. These guys came right out and fixed my issue without hesitation. Also, they walked me through some other issues that I was having. Great service, would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I want to thank Troy for the great he did installing my garbage disposal. He was on time. I didn't expect my pipes would be in terrible shape but they were upgraded with new pipes. I would recommend Thor.

Troy was on time and went out of his way to repair my AC. I will always in the future call Thor AC. Thank you for a fast response in 110 degree weather, you'll are life saver. Again thank you Troy, you're a God sent.

Fast work, timely appointment. 9 am appointment, showed up at 857 am.

I can't give 5 stars because plumbing work is too expensive.

They replaced our water heater with a top of the line model for $1150. They added $100 because I had a faulty water valve.

Troy fixed our central heat/air wires from a dog that loves to chew.
He went above and beyond by making the exposed wires safe from our chewing dog, and we now have a fully functioning unit again.

Great service and prompt. He should up 1 hour after I called at 7pm. He fix the problem and was very reasonable in pricing. This is the only AC company I will use from now on. I wish I could give them a 1,000 star rating.

A/c stopped. Middle of Seprember in Las Vegas. 98° and no breeze. Called thor industries. 90 minutes later it was fixed. My fan had fallen off inside the a/c unit. They re installed it, tested it. And its working fine one hour later. That's how I like my HVAC work, no fuss, no muss.

Matt from Thor Industries has been out twice for two separate issues and both times he went above and beyond to take care of my issue the same day I called. He has been nothing but professional and the reason I will use thor for my future needs.
