The AC within our home had went down during the excessive heat wave that the Las Vegas area is dealing with. Our home had reached over 95 degrees inside, and we were obviously concerned that it wouldn’t be an immediate fix. The two gentlemen who came by however quickly eased our concerns as they were both knowledgeable and efficient, and figured out the issue within minutes of arriving. I had been without AC during an excessive heatwave warning since Friday, September 2nd. I contacted my rental property for assistance and was waiting until I couldn't bear having just techs to look at it come out. Finally, on Monday night, reliance found the soultuion. They came the next day and after a lengthy install of the new unit, my house and family are cool and comfortable again. Thanks to George, Ulysses, Sergio and his dad for the hard work.
