Raydan Heating & Air Conditioning

We have a home built in 1989. Still on the original A/C unit. So when I came home today and it wasn't working I expected the worst. I called Raydan, Jay Kan (lead tech) answered and told me he'd be able to arrive same day and test my system Within 4 hours he had arrived, assessed, and fixed my issue. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend these guys for any hvac issues in the future. 5 stars!!!

We used Raydan Heating And Air conditioning service last week. I called and talked to Jay, who said he'll contact the renter the next day. Once there, Jay determined that the unit doesn't need to be replaced. He replaced the condenser motor and a few other things, including adding additional freon as the system was low. He got it done in one day. Tenant was very happy. Thank you for the quick response and for getting the system up and running again, Jay! We will definitely look for you guys for our air conditioning needs in the future.

Jay responded quickly and was very helpful in servicing my A/C units. Not only did he help service the units, he also was very knowledgeable on A/C systems and was able to answer all my questions. I would them recommend to everyone.

Jay came out, good attitude, good sense of humor as I joked with him. He diagnosed the problem quickly, offered solution and BAMN!!! Knocked it out. Everything seems fine. Personable, likeable and he's not going to upsell the pants off of you for what you don't need or want. What more could you ask for? I recommend.

Awesome customer service! Came out very quickly and fixed the problem in the same day. I’ve had multiple people come out to fix the a/c from our landlord’s home warranty, and Jay was by far the best and most efficient. Other companies took several days to “fix” and it was broken again in a couple months. Will request again if we have any further problems!

Jay was such an amazing technician. He went above and beyond fixing our A/C. And he pointed out a gas leak that we were experiencing. He literally saved our lives twice

Rayman came to my house less than 24 hours after being called. Within 2 hours the problem was diagnosed and fixed.
I hop I don't need them, but if qnd when I do, they will be my first call.

Great customer service. The service tech was amazing. Had a heating problem. When he arrived he told me I would need additional repairs to bring the system up to date. At first I was skeptical, until he showed me the poor quality of work the previous company had done. It was nice that he took the time to show and explain what was needed. Once I understood what was necessary, I felt better about the additional costs. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will definately recommend your services.
