They came out same day, knew the problem from my discription over the phone. Only took an hour like he promised. Even spoke with me for a few minutes to explain some simple tricks for preventative maintainence.
Will be using them again.

I had a cooling emergency and was able to book same day appointment from Raydan. My technician was Jay and he was kind enough to let me know he was in route. He showed up, diagnosed the AC Unit, gave me info on what it was going to take to finish the fix and then he got it done.

I’m very happy with the workmanship. Jay is personable and relatable. I appreciated the work done and thankfully my home is cooling off again!

Jay was the technician who worked on our air conditioner. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. He gave step by step details of what he had done and told us what was needed. He was polite and when asked a question gave a truthful answer. When we need a new air conditioner, we will call Raydan and request an estimate because of Jay.

This man was amazing and god sent, we had 3 other people come out that never fixed nothing and just took money and nothing was done our unit still didn’t work until Raydan came out! I highly recommend him he’s the best ! Also is very reasonable with his pricing and was here immediately when I called explained everything in detail including taking photos of unit since we were not on roof to see what’s getting done or what was wrong unlike others that were down in 5 minutes!

They are fast. I got a call back with a technician on the way within 2 hours of my call. He also gave some great tips on how to keep the unit working better. He was very friendly. I just had it fixed today, but I’m sure the work will hold up for the long haul. Thank you guys.

We called our home warranty company Saturday evening to report ac not cooling properly. Jay came out on Sunday and replaced the capacitor, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service!! Thanks
