Contacted Reliance Heating & Cooling and Anna was extremely nice and set up an appointment. Johnny came out and gave us an estimate and also helped us set up an appointment for the repairs of our AC system that same day which was great! Johnny and the other technicians had the fixes done within two hours and were extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Excellent service oriented, family owned business. I appreciated that they worked within my budget and did not try to sell me more than I needed for my new cooling and heating system. Not only was the install is very clean, but they left my house clean when they were done. I was so pleased I now have them helping me with annual cleaning and technician service to hopefully avoid the leaks and ruined ceiling we had in the first place. We are very happy we had Reliance Heating & Cooling replace our HVAC. Starting with Johnny who knew what and how to check the old non functioning unit . We made the decision to replace the unit without any pressure from anyone. The work was done quickly and efficiently with all the necessary equipment to remove the old unit and replace it with a new unit. The service technicians were on time, courteous and efficient with the necessary knowledge to do a superb job.

The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. He inspected my unit and replaced my filter and suggested future replacements for my next inspection. He even gave me the documentation for what to order. That exceeded my expectation.
