I order some items and I provide my phone number when the item arrived they can contact me I never got call from them unprofessional business the other location in livonia they call you when the item arrives.
Is another experience I'm sure someone is going to respond to this with excuses stead taking responsibility for the actions!

Fingerhut of supply stores. Drove all the way crosstown to NOT GET IT DONE today. Can't even keep stock count. My gas , time and money and they just don't care. I'm so sick of this Corpirate America . And no public restrooms. Forget express pick up also , apparently preordering things they don't have isn't approved.

Now because of this if you return an item it will take up to 7 to 10 business days not your typical 3 to 5 days so be ready for that if you are broke. Completely bs if you ask me. Take my money in seconds but takes forever to give me my refund. Currently I'm still waiting.

Was really a Shame use to like coming to this grangers. Untill they turned it into a powder puff n act like you have COVID what a joke, and act like they don't know how to help you . I remember coming here and they would not let you walk out without helping you. They're motto use to be if we don't have it we can get it for you. No more customer appreciation, Most likely female management that's hiring their friends or some guy that has issues. Please turn this location around would hate to see it go, I guess all good things come to an end
